World Make The Tailsman In The Lazarus Pit Quest A Quest Item

While I was doing the Lazarus Pit quest I dropped the talisman and the shovel since I had forgotten that I needed them later on in the quest so after I found out that I had still needed them to progress I went back to the graveyard to retrieve the shovel so I could re-dig the graves and get back the talisman back but the game didn't let me pick it up. I was essentially stuck at that point in the quest since I didn't have the talisman or the shovel and couldn't get either one.

 

You should be able to repeat the grave digging at any point you still need the talisman, what stage are you on in the quest? What does your quest book say?

 

That's strange since I'm unable to pick up the shovel

Anyways my quest book says "Investigate the order's chapel northwest of Geliboard at [-1124, 44, -5489]"
