So 1.20 was dropped, and by far my favourite feature is the red beacons that appear when tracking a quest to direct you to the required co-ords.

So why not implement this for major cities too?

My idea is that in your compass menu, you can access a sort of map or GUI, that lists all the cities you have been to. Click on it, and your compass will track the city, as well as a beacon appearing at its location.

This will work very well together with my previous suggestion of adding more signposts to Wynncraft, and will greatly assist new players with their travels around the map.

this could be turned on through the discoveries menu, maybe? there are a lot of rather random ones for the territory discoveries, so if it was done this way something might be required to sort out the cities from "canyon lower south east" and the hundreds of similarly random ones.

there is no reason not to add a feature just because wynntils has it.

Since General Discussions is both a place to put suggestions and a place to get help (similar to Bug Reports), both of those answers are valid here.

It's similar to the Bug Reports category in its function: in addition to serving its main purpose (making suggestions to the game or reporting bugs depending on which category you're currently in), the two categories are a place for users to help other users. In the case of this thread, StormDragon4 reinforced the idea that this suggestion isn't bad just because a mod offers an alternative while Fearlesscat369 helped the maker of this thread to have a better time in the game. The two categories also have a bit of overlap sometimes (usually when a user posts an improvement to the game that's based on a bug or someone's bug report is more of a suggestion), but that usually gets resolved. Additionally, general conversations are allowed here if they're at least somewhat on-topic, such as what I'm doing right now.

And if any of that is not true, then I guess I know what my next suggestion will be.
