World Change Theorick's Staff Weapon Skin To Frosty Staff

There is not much to say in this suggestion...


Theorick uses Ice Magic yet the staff is a water weapon which isn't right, Frosty staff matches his frosty magic.
Also in A Hunter's Calling, he has the Frosty Staff as his weapon.

to add on, shaman mobs (like the Avos shaman and the tribal shamans in the jungle) should wield reliks as weapons, rather than wands. (the only mob that uses a relik as a weapon is probably Slykaar the shaman, iirc)

 

Totally agree, some updates need to be made to mobs

 

I can't believe they didn't made it into a fabled/mythic wand. And also add Rickeo's flames as spear, Dwendle weapon as either relik or dagger, and bow of Mael

 

I belive Mael is named after the bow Maelstrom, although it's lore is unrelated to him.

 

Maelstrom is Mael's bow. It's part of the ''bob trainers weapon set'' featuring a weapon named after each of bob's 4 trainers that corresponds to their class

 

It would be interesting to give Mael a Relik as he talks to the undead (related to Shamanism), however he does have a bow.
They could just change the lore though...

The item lore may have changed.
Which means that the old lore may or may not still be canon.

 

I think the one related to undead is necromancy. Shamanism is kill to get power, not interacting with dead.

 

Bob never practiced Shamanism because it's considered dark magic. Mael having a bow works much nicer.

I think the correct answer was just reliks weren’t implemented at that time and the lore was just never changed

Dark magic heals because it uses the power of soul energy

Quite a bit of bob stuff was updated in 1.19, and they didn't include shamanism in there. The lore explanation that it is dark magic is correct.

 

...Why are Shamans linked to the Earth element, an element that represents nature?
Why can you buy a Relik using the bob token?
Why is the dark magic class a support class?
I've never seen anybody say that shamanism is dark magic before

I mean like just because one Shaman is evil doesn't mean the entire shaman class is. But yeah I see what you mean, I've just never heard that from anyone

As an avid supporter of Gamers against Weed, I could not force myself to take the "Nature" class and thus did not learn this knowledge /s
