Infinite Travel Scrolls

Hear me out.

It's a pain to always have to carry around multiple scrolls for areas that are under your level, so here's my proposal:

Scroll merchants also sell infinite scrolls for a hefty price, probably starting at around 15 eb for Ragni etc. and scaling as you go. They still consume soul points, and you must also have completed all quests starting in the city. (E.G. For Almuj you would need to complete a sandy scandal etc. but not jungle fever, since that quest only involves Almuj, and is not based in it) This would make traveling easier for higher leveled people, but make horses still useful if you're still leveling.

For places like LI that have no quests, it could be on a case by case basis. It could either cost a whole lot of emeralds, have a high combat level requirement, or require you to have beaten it in the case of LI.

It would also be just 1 item that opens a gui that lets you choose.

This might have an obvious flaw that I'm not aware of because I'm a big dum dum, so if you see it point it out!

 

Overall, I think this is a good idea, however it seems slightly flawed.
So, you would have one item that has infinite uses?
This would still mean you have like 3-5 scrolls on you.
Personally, I don't use scrolls, but I am a shaman so I lose soul points often.
Also, 1 LE is pretty expensive (except maybe level 90-105 areas), certainly Detlas and Ragni should only cost a couple EB.
And, I don't think Level 70 for Troms is a good idea, personally, I think that it should just be all quests starting IN the location.
Lastly, what about LI scrolls or scroll for places that have no quests?
What would be the requirements for them?

Carry just like 5 Rsgni scrolls and have the others in your bank.

One question, though, purchasing infinite scrolls in one place, you unlock an 'infinite scrolls' item, which you can click on, and a gui will open that lets you travel to any of the locations you have purchased infinite scrolls for?
Also, I would assume that this item is impossible to drop, like quest items?

 

Yes. Buying your first one would give you the item, and all subsequent ones would just add onto the gui.
