Dungeons Simple Eye Tweak

I am sure we have all been... there.
We are fighting the eye, however some wretches show up.
scenario 1- you are so focused trying to beat up the eye, or you chat is spammed with "you don't have mana" ect. so you don't see wretches show up, bada bing bada boom, 2k health and your dead.
scenario 2- there are so many friggin sounds going on that you don't hear the wretch screech

So here is what i suggest.
simple little tweak-
make a wither skull icon show up on screen, similar to how courage/quake ect. shows up.

How will this help?
This will make yet another visual queue you would need to miss to get hit by the wretches, simple addition, but a very helpful one.

Huh, I thought I put this in game during 1.19 beta, actually. Maybe it's too subtle, I think I've seen the title trigger in some videos and not in others, so I probably managed to screw it up! My bad, I guess?

 

It seems like it happens sometimes, but not always. It might be related to lag or to the user's settings.

 

huh, i never notice it because i am too busy either dying or complaining that my fingers hurt if it does happen
