I think draoi should be swapped from being a ring to a necklace, Renda kinda sucks bc if you have enough int you don't need the -1 2nd spell cost. Penumbra kinda sucks as a bracelet (Why the f is it fabled) and sure renda can counter it, but penumbra sucks, and sure it gives hp but not too much honestly, and most ppl who use OOTG rewards would have enough int id assume. I somewhat feel as if people can make big profits from OOTG rewards as to how godly they are in endgame. Anyway, it's pretty stupid you can get no fabled rewards from a rewards so yeah that should be fixed. Also idk about using 1 fabled reward, its the best in endgame, and Anima Infused Cuirass exists, -1 on each spell cost, so its like wearing draoi, dragon eye, and renda at the same time, but if you don't care about sp its op af.

I feel that draoi should be moved to be a bracelet or necklace so it can’t be games easily. The other two “dummy” choices should also give fabled jewellery too, maybe not spell cost ones tho. My choice would be the undead wand giving sth with -hpr and poison or extra damage while the other one gives a basic xp/hpr ring or sth

In my opinion those items are fine. I dont see a problem with any of them tbh.
Sure they are really good items but you have to remember: Those are fableds! And they take up an important slot. If someone wants to use a Diamond steam neclace but he wants -1 scond spell cost he cant use both. And you have to remember that -1 spell cost is only half of a mana point. And yes if you use 2 of the rings you get -1 mana point when you use your spell. But those two rings could be used to get 3 mana regen and 1 mana steal (with moon pool circlet and diamond hydro ring) and that is better.

 

-1 spell cost's power depends on the spell. For example, on most classes' third spell, it's comparable to about 3 or 4 mana regen.

yeah this needs to happen, i missed out on rewards from 2 of my characters because of this
