Some things to answer at the top:
---- "Another 'fix respawning' suggestion again, so why is it unique?"
    See complain below
---- "But that would require a ton of extra coding!"
Not really. Only coding would be few spawn points and commands blocks. Nothing they haven't implemented yet and would require devs time.

    Problem:
We all know quests places are on the main world. This causes some problems like respawning in Ternaves/Lutho/Lusuco/Llevigar because these towns are the nearest spawn points in most off-map areas.

    Solution:
Build small rooms near off-map areas (far enough so it doesn't happend in main map) and set a spawn point there (e.g. You die to Amadel and get TPed into the room instead of lusuco (or somewhere there)). There would be buttons that would teleport you to cities around or below the level of off-map are.

Cities: (everything is subject to change, there are just examples)
Ragni and/or Detlas would be always there
    Almuj for 30+
    Llevigar for 40+
    Nesaak for 45+
    Troms for 60+
    Rodoroc for 85+

    Could it be abused?
Well yes, but actually no. You theoretically could, but you would have to get in off-map are far enough, leveled enough and sacrifice 2 soul points, while not being certain the place you want to go to will be there.
So it really wouldn't pay off.

    Pros:
    - nothing new for devs
    - easy to create

    Cons:
    - quite a lot of thinking about where exactly would the rooms be
    - Lot of rooms, since the world is really big

As always, all feedback as suggestions are welcome!

Another con is that the respawn mechanic is quite buggy and sometimes I respawn at the CUR entrance when I die in Lutho

The room thing just feels a bit out of place, and if I'm retrying a boss multiple times, wouldn't I just want to respawn at the closest location? And, when my soul points are getting low from repeated attempts, I can abuse this to warp to the other side of the world for free.

In my opinion they should "mark" certain areas to respawn the player at certain set locations. For example:

    > Player dies in Garaheth
    > System checks where player died
    > Player died in marked quest area "Garaheth"
    > Send player to set location "Rodoroc"

Though, the downside is that doing this individually to every quest area would take time and effort.

Yes, that would be better, but it requires some coding for devs.

The point of my suggestion is to fix spawning in Ternaves/Lusuco/Lutho/Llevigar when you are doing a quest without needing to create new code.

Sure, the places you can tp to will be surely changed.

Btw I would like ti say that there are many better solutions. This one is a sinple fix before better one is made.

Might sound a bit dumb, but I think that if they're going to tackle this problem, they shouldn't go about it in a half-assed bandaid fix way like this- this issue has been around since forever, and doing this would just end up with this system for easily another 5 years. Going to the effort of taking all the current offmap areas and building rooms where the player would respawn (not to mention any possible onmap locations that might also put you in that teleport room) and then not actually fixing anything is not exactly what I'd want.

Yes, this would be a nice temporary change, but when it comes to ancient issues like these I don't think we should be asking for a partial and temporary fix.

I would like to remind you that this would be task for Devs (which have already enough problems with new update + spaghetti code) my solution requires only (to my knowledge) GMs. Thats the point of it. Yes, it would require some work but I think it would pay out.

I agree we should ask for full fixes and not just bandaids. But I think we should take into account Dev/CT's time.
Yes, we should get full fix.
No, it might not be the most important thing on their list so we should get something easy for now.

Your reasons are completely valid, but I think it is better to get something instead of nothing.
I haven't seen the code and I assume you haven't either. We don't know how big mess it is and what requires immedeate attention and what it can be done when they get time.

As a programmer (although not that good) I understand that coding, especially when you get to work with what somebody else did (and/or made mess) can take a very long time to even get to know the system.

It's pretty much the same reasoning as Bart: it's something of a solution, but it doesn't fix my main issue of it still being annoying to walk all the way back to the quest. I also feel like making all those offmap spawn regions could lead to issues on their own.

It feels like a half-solution that doesn't particularly solve the problem. What's more, it would definitely be open to abuse, since some off-map regions for quests of entirely different level ranges are very close together, resulting in low-level players being able to jump to high level places - it'd be impossible to test every area where two quests have offmap regions close together to ensure the system can't be gamed. Another potential issue is the fact that we'd have to add the respawn points as towns* which would show them on the online map and also trigger a message along the lines of "[You are entering WynnEx Site D Respawn Room]" whenever you died. In summary, I'd rather we wait for a fully fleshed out system later down the line rather than have to deal with the potential issues of this one.

    *I think

Good point - honestly just hope the guys behind the scenes realize the issues and are at least thinking of ways to bring in a proper solution. (even if it's at the back of the to-do list xd)
