Shaman/Skyseer Is This Build Usable For Anything?

It was supposed to be a cancelstack build, but Overdrive, Shaggy Boots and Breezehands have 18k dps on their own, so I used some other items such as Booster Plate instead of buffing the melee dps.

I guess it's just for general use, but I think it has decent stats. I'm not an expert though, so I'd be glad to hear other people's thoughts.

 

I'm not a shaman main, but that looks pretty good if you're going for a quality of life build. It could always be optimized to be more tanky or do more damage or any of that jazz, but if you like that damage, it seems fine.

The EHP is looking ok too, you shouldn't be in too much danger of being one-shotted, and with that agility you should be relatively tanky. (I would suggest putting the remaining sp in defense, but that's just my preference)

(Also, the build is prolly gonna be kinda ruined in the next item patch with the shaggy boots nerf)

Also...why did you air powder your armor? You're primarily doing thunder and water damage.

 

Yeah, but the main attack is neutral so I thought it would be best to get rid of the negative elemental defs.

I didn't add these powders ig btw, it would be a waste, and I don't have any either

 

Your elemental defenses are minimal, I wouldn't worry about it

(Rather, I wouldn't even really begin to worry about an elemental defense unless it's over like 250, and even then most of my builds are fine on -350 to an element. So I wouldn't worry about it. They only matter if they are incredibly high)

Also, it's a general rule of thumb not to powder armor in wynndata when sharing a build anyways unless it's for getting the powder special (and even then, concentration and rage are usually the only ones used, if even them. Basically only add them if they're critical to the build, or you're going for a gimmick)

Your build doesn't look bad for sure, better than some stuff I've thought up. First thing I thought up that might help more would be Boreal Patterned Crown with it's extra spell damage, mana steal, thunder damage, and water damage at the cost of some of your main attack neutral damage and you'd also have to replace Contrast. Also, I don't really see Breezehand as a necessity for this build because of the attack speed given from Overdrive. A replacement ring could be Yang. All and all, it's most likely fine as is and the suggestions I've made could just tear it apart but I would suggest replacing Breezehands with Yang.

 

The reason OP is using breezehands is because it brings their attack speed up to super fast, which drastically increases damage. (Without breezehands they only have very fast attack speed)

 

I see, nevermind, I thought overdrive gave 10 tiers of attack speed.

 

Good ideas. But I think the thunder and water damage are negligible, so the -3/4s mr differnece from Third Eye is a big loss, with no gain apart from the roughly 500 aura damage. Also, Contrast has a bunch of cool ids... so I think it works better this way. Thanks though!

I apologize, I don't really build cancelstack, so I cannot give this build a good judgement. It looks decent, you're losing a few of your quality of life things though.
