So I've been running LI recently on my Archer and my Assassin and I must say, after doing runs with both I must say LI is REALLY, REALLY bad.
First of all, the bosses are glitchy beyond hell, I once had Matrojan Idol glitch into a wall 7 times in a row, and Dr. Legendary also glitches sometimes into walls. Also sometimes he just despawns for no reason, please fix that
Second of all, some of the fights are very boring/frustrating, depending on the class.
A class with range and a solid health pool (Morph Archer for example) can easily beat every single boss here easily without sweating (I could do multiple successful runs on my Morph Zero archer without any potions at all except for a few health ones) because they either don't have the range to deal with you or you have insanely good zoning tools (Archer's arrow shield for example), and Archer runs were simply boring because they weren't challenging at all, they were just really long because I couldn't deal enough damage (seriously, these bosses have a legitimately large health pool) to make it relatively quick, but it was still easy, just slow.

However, a class with short range will struggle way more, I can tell because doing a run with my thunder Assassin actually required me to bring defense potions, or else it would take very long AND be really hard, because enemies hit like a truck and attack really fast. While at the topic of enemies being really strong, please delete flamethrower from the game, that spell is absolutely horrendous, let me sum up its capacities:

    1. Depending on the variant, it can have INSANE range, seriously, it would be able to cover about 1/8 or 1/6 of Death's and Matrojan's rooms, which is huge because these rooms aren't big. Actually I think it covers about 60% of Matrojan's room.
    2. It is a frame 1 hitbox and it does not travel, it just appears, which means you can't just move around to try and dodge it, it is either you are inside the hitbox's range from the beginning or not.
    3. It deals a ridiculous amount of damage, seriously, my assassin with 17k health + 71 defense from a defense potion got its health halved from 17k to about 7k in a single flamethrower, without the defense potion, that spell would kill me in 3 hits and then have 9 hits more left, that spell's damage output is ridiculous.
    4. It tracks the player perfectly AND HITS EVEN VANISHED PLAYERS, this is probably a bug and it is genuinely a huge one, this spell is already insane against melee classes and the fact a tool that allows you to be unseen by enemies cannot make that thing stop tracking you just adds salt to the wound.

This spell is genuinely ridiculous, it just destroys melee classes that don't have a beyond ridiculous health pool and cannot be avoided by any means
So now, how is this spell an issue related to LI? Well, let me tell you:
There are like 4 or 5 bosses with this spell in some way (The mummyboard has a flamethrower, Cybel's summons have flamethrowers too, Robob's swords also have flamethrowers, Dr. Legendary might spam 7 flamethrowers in a row if he wants to, I can confirm because I've experienced not being able to approach for a full 30 seconds due to how many flame throwers he was using, I think Virus doctor also has a flamethrower spell? Can't remember perfectly right now)
Please rework this spell or remove it, it is by far the most powerful spell towards melee classes and makes approaching nearly impossible if you cannot tank it because of how much these enemies use it

Alright, back to why Assassin is frustrating in LI, as I was saying, most of the bosses are ridiculously hard without skill potions or a very good defense build because it is nearly impossible to approach them, they have many ranged options, multiple spells to modify your positions/cover huge amounts of area and summons that won't let you live in peace while at it, all of this means nothing to an Archer because they can just camp from half the stage away. However, when an Assassin has to approach to land a hit, it is either you deal 40k per multihit and then get away, or you simply can't beat them without spending 7 hours trying to look for an opening, there is way too much going on for close-combat classes and way too little for ranged classes, which is why it is frustrating or boring. A long range class sits and spams its ranged spell for 5 minutes, boom, you won. A short range class finds it frustrating because the entrance is actually at least 34 EBs (20 from defense/agility potions) thanks to how ridiculously hard it is too keep a solid health pool in most of the fights

Now let's move to another issue: Some of the fights are outdated.
Robob sucks, please update him to the new chad that the new Bob's Reincarnation is.
Also some of the fights are bad and for completely different reasons.
Yahyabot for example, at first there is nothing wrong with him, but then you realize, he is not only a pretty easy fight unless you can't run away (but if you are THAT slow, that means you probably are tanky enough to survive so it is still a pretty easy fight), you can camp in every single of the stages except for the last one (unless you are a Warrior, in which case I'm very sorry for you), making it just a waiting simulator, and I hate this because as I mentioned earlier, I need defense potions to be able to do this, and this guy just wastes 5 entire minutes of defense from the previous fight that I could have used in the next one, also waiting is bad, at least add some way to accelerate the proccess please.
This issue is also present in Cybel's fight, the two middle stages that have 1 million health and is just about camping him for like a full minute should also get changed, I don't dislike the idea here honestly, I just think it is way too long, I think it should be like 10 seconds of a Cybel casting a ton of spells and going absolute bonkers instead, that will be a lot shorter and will be a lot more threatening too, basically the current thing but on steroids and with a way shorter duration... Despite what I see according to everyone (The current general opinion I see on the forums about Cybel: It sucks), I actually disagree, I think it is actually one of the few fights that actually feels like everyone feels threatened relatively equally, the stage has a pretty good size (not enough to camp without risk like for example Dr. Legendary or Mummyboard, but not small enough to make it feel claustrophobic like Matrojan Idol or Metal Death), the boss has more than flamethrower and machine gun spam and it is not that tanky honestly, my only issue with Cybel is just that he might deal a bit too much damage (pretty much one-shoots glassy builds which well I guess it makes sense) and his "run" stages are way too long and lack threat, probably the best fight in the entire challenge in my opinion, just remove the summons' flamethrowers and it will be an actually pretty solid boss.

I think it is also worth mentioning something that the most recent bosses seem to not have, or at least not to a noticeable level: The bosses regenerate health, and I don't mean regenerating 5000 out of 300000 every 10 seconds, I mean regenerating about 20000 out of 20000 every 10 seconds or so. Some of them even come with heal spells and I must say, it sucks. Specially Matrojan Idol's last phase, my archer struggled a lot to kill it simply because I couldn't damage it enough, I would do 7 7k-11k arrow storms in a row, allowing for about 5k DPS (keep in mind I'm using morph and he has elemental defense, which means my rainbow damage gets reduced drastically as it is 5 different types of damage at once and he has defense for all of them at once too) and it was not enough to even scratch it. Why? It just kept spamming the heal spell, I would be trying to kill it and this dude would just cast heal 3 times in a row and go from 10k health to 50k health as if nothing happened, dragging the fight for longer than I needed.

To sum up, the main issues I got are:
    • Stage sizes are either ridiculously big or ridiculously small, there is no middle ground for most of them except for Cybel
    • Glitches, the bosses glitch out of the arenas/despawn for no reason way too frequently, it happens almost every run I swear to god
    • Most bosses are too chaotic at close range and too chill at long range, making range an incredibly powerful tool against nearly every boss
    • Yahyabot's entire concept
    • Cybel's middle phases' duration
    • Robob is outdated
    • Half the bosses have flamethrowers
    • Flamethrowers suck
    • Fucking flamethrowers
    • Please I'm traumatized at this point, fix flamethrowers...
    • Matrojan Idol's health pool + last phase's heal spellspam makes it way harder to kill than it needs to be if you aren't a build designed specifically to do 28k multi-hits or something like that
Yeah my opinion on LI is that it sucks and needs rework, none of the fights are fun at all, range makes almost every single fight boring and slow, lack of range makes almost every single fight frustrating and half the bosses have a frame 1 hitbox the size of Russia in front of them and you cannot do anything about it because they are bots and can aim perfectly at you all the time, some of the bosses just keep glitching themselves for no reason, Matrojan Idol is a tanky asshole, Robob is outdated, Yahyabot exists and some of the stages are way too large

Also forgive me if I sound to aggressive early on, I was really pissed off while writting this due to a recent LI run that had almost all the issues I listed (Yahyabot consumed an entire defense potion on his own, every stage but Cybel felt wrong in size, close combat felt way too chaotic, Robob was outdated, the flamethrowers traumatized me as they were the only thing able to tear down my health bar effortlessly, and to finish things off, Dr. Legendary first glitched into a wall, consuming my first shot of my last defense potion, and then he despawned at 15k health for no reason, effectively consuming my last shot of defense potion and pretty much setting me for a game over)

Seriously, please do changes to LI, this place has too many issues for what is supposed to be one of the most replayable pieces of end-game content, I really don't have fun doing LI.

Now that you mention it, I did think about that when talking about Dr. Legendary. This guy was getting me nervous with how many pushes and teleports he was using, I was actually struggling a bit to keep up, and my ninja doesn't have exactly bad walk speed (in fact I kept my perfect walk speed Chakram for kind of stuff) yet I was struggling to approach because of how much he moves. Them he glitched into a wall and decided LI was bad. Now I'll try to do LI tomorrow with a friend and another class to hopefully save my ninja so I don't lose almost 1LE in potions and the entrance to a bug.

But yeah I did think about that scenario and I don't want to experience it.

For LI, you are supposed to have a proper build. Your morph set will obviously not be enough to finish LI. However I do agree with most of your points, LI is definitely frustrating, I got to orange cybel once, but then got stuck on the floor and couldn't get out.
Those run and survive stages are the worst.

    Here's what I agree with
-Make Yahyabot die, the first 4 phases basically pose no threat, the 5th for some classes, sorry warrior, it's really an unecessary waiting phase usually which isn't hard, so maybe change the phases to not be cheesed
-Cybel Rage phases can last too long sometimes, would like to see it get a lower definite duration. Invincible phases are really just not enjoyable in general
-Flamethrower spam sucks. A few are ok but when the boss start spamming them a ton it just gets annoying. Really any spell being spammed gets annoying.
-Robob getting updated would be nice, it's pretty plain as it as, really any content getting updated and made more interesting/less boring etc. is nice.
-Glitches yeah this is just a mob thing in general, it's more visible with bosses as they actually stay alive enough and you deal relatively more kb to them during a fight than normal mobs, glitches being fixed is always nice
-Flamethrower's hitbox range, yeah you definitely can get caught and it can be hard to get out, the best way is to avoid this by continuously strafing and moving away at the sight of a spell cast. Maybe a general nerf to the faster flamethrowers is validated.

For your archer run, you took morph set, which isn't know for high dps and zero.... a uh.. a comparatively bad bow, with low dps. With this combination you ended up with a build with comparatively low dps, making your run long, not completely the fault of hpr or LI, more of really you kind of opted for low dps. Don't worry through, most boss hpr is going to be removed/nerfed heavily. Archer really just usually shreds through LI pretty fast.

    Your assassin problem
spells tracking you in vanish such as meteor and flamethrower
meteor could still be locking on to your latest visible location, but it's really easy enough to dodge if you strafe around
Flamethrower does follow the player if it locks on before vanish, and it will follow you in vanish, but it doesn't follow you if you vanish before it locks on ( at least a few variants such as the one on mummyboard doesn't), but it's also simple enough to avoid just by vanishing away from it. If you still can't get away soon enough, slider's always waiting for you in your second slot.
The "glitch" or "bug" really is most probably bad timing with or due to lag on your part

As for the.. ranged part, Assassin never really had a ranged problem because of vanish, approaching was nothing, I have no idea how you cannot find openings, the bosses are more full of openings and only have those short telegraphed spell casts where you should stay away. The only boss where the openings are less is when dr legendary feels a little spammy that day.

It really isn't difficult enough to necessitate the use of sp pots, any "good" builds can no pot, I'm getting a feeling your bad experience may also have been due to your build, not assassin itself. Or that you didn't play it properly.

As for melee builds having a difficult time from flamethrower, a movement spell can fix this and sustain can fix this. Getting the usual 1k ls or hpr or greed can help to basically regain your hp easily, making recovery after flamethrower and stuff easy, and the movement spell to avoid most of it. Builds can definitely get a fair amount of bulk while retaining very good melee dps, not really a concern.

Matrojan's last phase(s) are very easy to kill with assassin, don't need a high damage build just do your usual vanish multi spin spin spin one or two times and it dies easily. Boss hpr will soon be gone, it'll be better then, it just isn't a concern on classes like assassin or archer which dish out massive dps. I can see that problem on mage and warrior a bit at least.

The only time I really see a class struggling due to the lack of range is.. well.. warrior.. sad
You are probably not utilizing vanish to it's best potential, it makes ranged not be an issue most of the time.
The fights are not slow at least for assassin or archer.

To be honest, I actually like Yahyabot.
You actually have to camp, or you take quite a damage. On my runs (Archer and assassin) when I didn't hide I from 12/18k to 1-3k quite quickly.

I think it is supposed to kill uninformed noobs and slow down experienced players.

Well, at least you defeated the pain and are alive again.
Now, here's my personal gripes which do include your points:
    • Delete YahyaBot. Not even move him somewhere else. Just get rid of him.
    • MoW needs to be moved to Silver II, where he actually belongs.
    • Death Metal should be moved to either Gold I or Gold II depending on whether the Robob rework happens in 1.20 or not.
      • If Robob rework happens to reflect his current boss fight, Death Metal will be Gold I.
    • Silver III could be a new fight, e.g. either one of the AHC bosses or a superboss from Gavel or something? (I'm guessing Theorick would make a good candidate, but it would also spoil AHC)
    • Flamethrower needs to be removed from Dr. Legendary's spell pool. Entirely. Buffing him was okay, letting him keep flamethrower was not.
      • Or Flamethrower needs to get nerfed so hard it's not even a problem anymore and bosses will only use it to zone the players out, on occasion, rather than whenever they feel like it (which is basically flipping the bird on melee classes).
    • Mobs glitching out. This is a problem with Wynncraft in general rather than a problem with LI.
Worth noting that LI's core bosses were untouched since 1.16 (well, Cybel got nerfed, Dr. LI got buffed, etc. etc.), and since then many new bosses were added to the game with varying degrees of "destroy you faster than you can say 'HELP'". I feel like it could use more bosses and variety to make the experience fresh, rather than having you fight the same gauntlet over and over again.

Yeah with Assassin he died very quickly, but then again my assassin deals half its health in a single multihit so that might have something to do, the issue was mainly with Archer, I get that I didn't have good DPS but I did hear a lot of complaints about how the wretches in the Eye fight were essentially a DPS wall and I think that complaint fits well here, what if you have the patience (unlike me) to spend half an hour dealing 1500 damage per second along with being able to tank any hit ever? I don't see why that kind of build should not be viable, the issue is that if you want to go for a low DPS but high everything else build, the game kinda locks you during that fight, he really uses the heal spell that much.
The difference is that meteor is a projectile that has to travel, flamethrower is just a huge hitbox set in front of the enemy and if you get hit once the rest of the hits probably end up landing too, it is basically Arrow storm except if one hit lands, the next ones have all godlike tracking, and Arrow storm does stop tracking you halfway through if you use vanish, something that doesn't happen with flamethrower, with Arrow storm, if you are in the face of the enemy you might just eat a ton of damage but if you at least manage to get away you won't take the entire spell, flamethrower is just arrow storm but better because if the first hit lands, the rest also do. Or at least that has been my experience every time I got hit by the spell
Yeah I don't know why but whenever I unvanish with spin attack/multihit, most enemies (specially ranged ones) tend to still land a hit on me even when blind, and since I got to get in their faces to hurt them, you have to be a bit more careful than usual.
Though it also doesn't help that the particles that show when an enemy is casting a spell isn't that easy to see/decipher, specially when there are like 7 things going on at once in a fight and the enemy has like 5 different spells. And I've been thinking about a possible idea to fix that since that affects pretty much the entirety of the game
Yeah I know but I got no money for a Freedom so I cannot do much aside from using cheap discount Freedom and combining it with some other one-elemental bow in case Matrojan Idol happens.
I get that he is not a bad boss because he does what it attempts to do.
Now tell me a single time in which waiting while doing nothing is a fun game mechanic. Reminder that you can camp 4 of the 5 stages he has with almost every class. Except Warrior. Poor Warrior.
I mean I get that I suck with assassin but it was still exponentially harder than when playing Archer, which is my main issue. I would be fine if Archer suffered as much too but archer can sit from the other half of the room with Arrow shield and sniping with arrow bomb and that is an issue because yeah, Archer's best trait is its range but the fact it is such a game-changer is an issue. The enemy barely approaches and you rarely don't have the mobility to stay away. Assassin needs to at least spend 3 or 4 seconds of risk in order to approach, Archer sits in the corner of the room and watches enemy cry because it can't approach. Archer's case is the same I described with assassin but the roles are reversed and the enemy does not have vanish which makes it even harder for them to approach.
Yeah but this happens too much with LI, every single run it happens at least once or twice, it is ridiculous.

The arena glitches is by far the worst part for me, having to beat a boss two or three times is annoying, especially if it happens with every boss. So far, my list of bosses that have glitched out of the arena is larger than my list of those who have not.

Flamethrower is straight BS. It has way too much range, does way too much damage, and bosses spam it like a cata assassin spams spin attack.

YahyaBot is nothing more than a waste of time with way too much damage. It just takes five minutes of your life that you will never get back. If you're glassy, maybe you'll die here due to its absolutely insane damage output (I'm fairly confidant it's the highest of anything in LI but maybe Cybel's charge or meteor), but otherwise it's just a sitting simulator.

Dr. Legendary needs to lose the push spell. I literally will not fight him as a melee class ever again, because last time I did I couldn't kill him. Because I managed to get three hits in every five minutes it felt like. Push spell's nice to allow bosses to give themselves some room, but push spam is just terrible.

I also agree that Cybel's (and Wybel's) age phases just last too long. They're not threatening, in fact they're honestly the least scary part of the fight. They just waste more time. Why must bosses waste time?

Now, some of the stuff you're complaining about is entirely on you: morph can handle LI, but it's certainly not optimal. Likewise, zero is not the strongest, even if you're using morph, especially against enemies with rainbow defense.

Yeah I get that, but that is kind of part of the issue
It is not good and yet it is exponentially easier than going with a close combat class, which is my biggest issue along with the glitches
You can go in with a really bad build and you will probably destroy any boss that isn't Cybel or Metal Death, simply because of how absurdly big the stage is
The issue with Archer and Assassin I mention is the fact that camping is actually optimal, way too optimal even, the difference in difficulty between the runs with my archer and my assassin was just ridiculous and it is all because I can camp from the other side of the battlefield with archer, something I can't do with assassin
That single factor altered the difficulty of the runs to a broken degree
