I dont mean any disrespect to the mod staff or anyone in particular but sometimes mods are just overwhelmed sometimes or simply don't feel like helping. In these times it can be very difficult for a player to receive the help they need.

My idea: a new role chosen by moderators or suggested by community members as a general helper, which is all it is. It has no special permission or anything, just a nice player who has a vast knowledge of the world of wynncraft and is willing to share it with other people. By giving a special Tag / Prefix in-game and on the forums, it would allow players to reach out on questions without interrupting the mod staff.

this actually already exists on the discord. I wouldn't really see the point of this on forums though, most questions directed towards mods here are about issues only they can deal with, and others are already handled by the community. ingame also isn't a good environment for something like this, it would be much simpler to just come to the forums or discord for questions.

Ditto. We don't need a Helper rank when one already exists, whether if it is official or not. We don't need more staff than we already have.

This would probably help get rid of at least some of the easily answered question threads (I'm stuck, how do I..., where is... ), though, seeing as there are usually already easily available answers, maybe not. Still, it wouldn't do any harm and might make it a bit easier for new players to get some help ingame.

Well, you already have the /kill announcement every once in a while, besides, I haven't really seen any new players ask people questions, or at least I haven't been asked many besides "Where is the Identifier in Ragni?" whenever I pass through Ragni. This applies to in-game ofc, on Discord and Forums it is a different story, but the beautiful thing about both of those mediums [and in-game too tbh] is that you don't have to have any sort of elevated role to help someone,

Not needed. Since it’s only giving a cosmetic tag. There are multiple people on discord that are helping people. And discord also have places to help you, #questions, #class-builds and ect. And forums too.
