Tradable Tag For Items

a recent discussion on the discord about trading unobtainable items got me wondering why trading said items isn't just made impossible. I know the distribution of these items is illegal and many people come on the discord asking if they can trade them, so I feel making them impossible to be traded would possibly save many people from being punished and completely halt the circulation of these items.

one possible solution I had for this was giving all deliberately made items, whether it be gear, ingredients, etc, an invisible "tradable" tag that allows it to be traded, sold on the market, or exchanged via dropping. any items without this tag would be untradable, and it would of course not be given to normal untradables/quest items.

let me know if there's any technical difficulties that would make this or other methods impossible, otherwise I see no cons for having this in the future. if there are any though I would like to know about those as well.
