This Game Is Broken.

The thing is I don't want it easy- I want it fair. I enjoy a hard challenge- I've 112% Hollow Knight and I'm a 4bc dead cells player- but wynn really isn't fair. Archers have it really easy in the early game and it makes the game dramatically unfair and it turns newer players away.

 

Actually, archer kinda sucks until you unlock bomb spell imo. It has no way of dealing with enclosed spaces nor groups of mobs, as well as it practically gets one-shot by heavier melee mobs, and shotgun type mobs. Eg infested pit is pretty much impossible on archer until you unlock bomb, SST is also pretty tough because it's small spaces for some of it

 

and here we all can see why you SHOULD NOT main Archer (or Shaman). Way too op classes, takes the fun out of the game.

also by looking at this post i can deduce that that person mainly levels up by grinding mobs. Some people just don't see the fun of quests.

and assassin isn't really that hard. The playstyle just doesn't suit you. Try Mage.

oh and still one thing: I read from the other posts that your playtime is 28 hours. You basicly haven't played Wynncraft much at all and probably skipped a large portion of the content from 1-40.

I checked, and you hadn't done almost any quests and NO dungeons. You haven't even seen anything of the 1-40 Wynncraft. Don't say stuff when you haven't beaten ANY important challenge from 1-40.

 

I can understand your opinion but I think it might be difficult to rework all the mobs and to make it more fair. We have to keep in mind that all of that is based on minecraft and has some limitations. I personally had never a problem with ranged mobs and I wasnt aware of this problem. If there really is a major problem with a specific mob I would suggest to make a bug report or something. I also suggest playing a bit more of the game (Emolga3 made a commend about that) and trying to play a different class and getting better equipment.

 

ah... i see you have never played archer... archers get killed by even a feather...

I've hardly ever had problems with dying actually, unless it was due to me having too underleved gear (accidentally used adventurers set until lvl40).

 

@KingHenry Vanish spell also gives you speed 5 and an 80% damage boost later, meaning you aren't only dealing massive damage but also are extremely fast. (And of course mobs don't target you which also is very helpful in late-game bossfights.)

I'm mage main and it's not hard to solo bosses, you just have to be patient because of mage's low damage output (15k dmg per meteor = per 2 seconds, in comparison: Nighthawk archer casts 2 30k arrow storms per second meaning you are dealing 120k dmg per 2 seconds, assasin can do vanish + 2 spins (1st second) + 2 spins (2nd second) resulting in 50k+ dmg per 2 seconds, warrior can cast 3 10k dmg bashes in 2 seconds resulting in 30k damage, shaman can cast 1.5 auras per second (3 auras in 2 s) resulting in about 30k-35k damage). Just cycle meteor - meteor - ice snake when you are at full health, if the boss hits you cycle tp - tp - heal until you got full hp again.

 

As I started Wynncraft (was about 5 years ago with a lot of breaks) i chose archer. I died so damn often but I kept going and reached the max Level (75 at that point, then stopped playing for a while). Archer can be a really hard class to play, especially if you are new.

A few months ago i started with shaman and I have to say, shaman is way too OP and maybe needs a rebalance.

I think a Assassin can be really good, especially in higher Lvl's. Just keep playing and you'll see it :)

Mage is a good class overall and a good supportrole in the game.

Warrior is... just a tank, nothing more I could say to it

 

Shaman is not op ...
