Website & Forums Update Of The Item Guide

I think many people can agree that the Item Guide in the Help Section of the website is very useful. You can see item levels, buffs, rarity and the values an item can have. Unfortunately, it isn't updated at the moment. Shaman relics don't exist, fabled items don't have a category of their own and new items might be missing (not confirmed). I generally believe te item guide should be promoted more to the players, as it provides significant information you can't get otherwise. Also, the Wynncraft Wiki doesn't have any item below Legendary, but i don't think it is very important to be there anyway, so that makes the item guide even more important to item hunters like me. I hope it is updated soon. :)

at this point, use wynndata.tk, which is actually updated and provides a ton more information.

I personally would delete the official item guide and replace it with link to wynndata

I actually asked Colin about this, said that he can't due to legal reasons in case something goes awry with Wynndata since it's a third-party program not associated with wynncraft. So sadly, there's no way to officially reference Wynndata from the official website.

Then... Why not make a agreement with dukioooo on Wynn owning Wynndata (yes this sounds stupid, but dukioooo could work for content team as a website manager xD)

 

Why would dukio agree to this?

 

I can't really tell the harm in this, it would just make dukio be affiliated with Wynncraft which would allow for his website to be on the official website, now I'm not sure whether Wynn would lend him money or he would have to depend on donators to run the website, I'm not really all into how ownership works.

 

I like the ideas here! And I have never heard of wynndata. I can say I am a veteran Wynn player but I never used it before. Thanks for recommending it! <3

 

guys do not underestimate the wynndata, it's really helpful, it shows all the item which allow you to make better builds, i know that some of you already know all of this but i just learned that and i am lvl 80, all of this time
i underestimated wynndata.
