Il make it simple, these are the conditions:

-they cost 100/100 of your mana

-they provide some Ultimate attack or area buff that lasts a few minutes or seconds
(mage: reducing Mana costs immensely for 30 sec)
(Warrior: receive no knockback and ignore up to 80/100 of the dmg received)

-once used completely, your Mana will not regenerate at all for 3min, so use them carefully or with a team

-unlocked after a high level quest with some extra lore on how Mana works?

-when you log on, you will not be able to use these for 5 min

This would make Lunar Spine OP… The problem with these kinds of abilities is that they're hard to balance, but interesting idea

I really don't think wynn would need a mechanic like this at all and it may even actively hurt the combat loop.
as of right now, wynns combat is use your abilities to deal damage, dodge enemy attacks. (there's some more minor stuff like spell cycles but it's the same gist.) this "ultimate move" mechanic would not improve the combat nor make it more fun. for melee builds, it's essentially an on demand superbuff, and for spell builds, it temporarily locks out the most enjoyable part of combat without having the player do anything unique or fun during it, just making them more powerful.
essentially, I think this would take away the few enjoyable aspects of the very minimalist combat that we have right now, to just give the player some super strong buffs every 3 minutes if they decide that they don't want to use spells anymore.
I also believe this would actively hurt combat, as right now wynn is incredibly easy. giving players super powerful attacks that need a tradeoff worth locking off spells for a whole 3 minutes would just be too incredibly OP if enemies aren't buffed accordingly. it's made even more OP in that it requires no extra effort to use, I assume it'd be activated with a simple button press like F or maybe Q.
some minor nitpicks I have with this as well are: mana potions/mana steal working during an ultimate move would be quite op as you could essentially infinitely sustain it. if you can under no conditions gain mana during it, then having ultimate moves related to spells would just be redundant, as you need mana to use spells.

This is the kind of thing that should be toned down and put onto a major id if wynncraft can get more developers/developing resources to help with making them. Currently this would not help the game at all but rather just add something people would inevitably figure out how to abuse.

If this was added, it would be another buff to heavy melee (this time for mage)

Agree with the two epic flower dragons above as well
