    Why should I buy a territory instead of attacking it?

    You allied a guild and want a territory it own. And want a safe way to buy there territory without them scamming or you scamming. Denying him from attacking this territory for a week as much as I own it.

    Buyer Benefits:
    1. The territory you want is in hands of a powerful guild and you want to have it without fighting.
    2. Buying territories make a guild famous to have more members that makes more XP.
    Seller Benefits:
    1. Allowing different guilds to attacking territories just to sell them for money.
    2. Decreasing the number of stress on a guild defending its territories.

    I imagine if this were a thing, people wouldn’t buy territories from guilds they’re not allied to. And that’s OP’s main reason for suggesting it too.

    So guilds are now goign to watch their money sink and rise, really? Didn't think guilds would become economical

    Guilds are like nations, they got money and manpower to think of. While guilds now depend on manpower mainly there should be some changes.

    Not to mention there is a developers not bots that wont think of that.

    What I mean is that guilds shouldn't be economical, the economy should stay out of guilds entirely

    Guilds now got only 2 options, Attack&Defend, guilds are so boring that you just kill mobs to have territory, there should be more options and more action.

    There are better ways to integrate warring, hell, they could use Wizard Fortress to replace warring, also do you really think paying up money will make it have more action? I envision that warring shouldn't be "place mobs, kill mobs" but also shouldn't be "buy territories, sell territories" either. Also atm guilds don't exactly earn anything from territories, it's just a GUILD xp boost, and 1/3 of the money mobs drop goes into the GUILD bank, unless I have something wrong, I don't get how you exactly get anything from guilds.

    This is an interesting idea, does add a new element to guilds which make them seem more power-based in both economy and literal manpower. But like the points said before, I think this idea should be worked on so it doesn't seem so... Economical. Dunno, hope that makes sense.

    I don't see why anyone would ever trade with the current state of warring.
