    Have you ever wanted to shout to announce something but didn't have the shout?
    Well, my suggestion is that Monthly Shouts be a thing, just like monthly crates.

    As it would be pretty chaotic if everyone had this, I suggest that only players with a rank of VIP+ and HERO should get these shouts-

    VIP+ receiving 1/month
    and
    HERO receiving 2/month

    If you have any suggestions or criticism, please do leave it here.

    The only reason that it is for people with ranks is because if it was for everyone its just gonna be spammed shouts all day

    I mean... I'm not VIP or HERO but I'm sure everybody getting a monthly shout wouldn't be too chaotic.

    Just make it so you have to have a forum account and redeem it monthly, because then chat will not be an absolute train wreck and I'm sure MOST people would use it sensibly.
    People who join for the sake of just messing around won't be bothered to make a forum account. And if it wasn't a manually redeemable thing, then people would just quit and then a solid 3 years later; join back with 36 shouts at their disposal.

    Dunno, probably biased because I'm a normie rank. Would be interesting to see how this turns out though.

    don't know if only giving to donors is breaking EULA (don't know if shouts is an considered an advantage or not)
    but to give 1 shout per month to non-payers who have a confirmed forum account could be a thing.

    I would hardly call one a month spamming with shouts, if anything this should be added for people without ranks too. Not many people know how to link their forum account or visit the website to collect their monthly crate anyway
