Why is this class deletion system still in the game? I have to wait a minimum of 24 days to delete my level 100 classes so I'm incentivized to not play the game on my 1 remaining class slot in case I want to do something else with it. Please just give us the ability to instantly delete a class with some kind of confirmation through typing a message.

The class deletion system is really poorly done, if you accidentally click the deleted class it may take a month to delete but you might not know since it's not very obvious and can be frustrating when you are trying to delete a class. I understand that there is a long-timer to prevent players from starting over for quick gains but I think the timer is absurdly long and unreasonable. Having a prompt that makes players enter a phrase to delete is a much cleaner and elegant solution to the current system.

Didn’t they add a way to confirm deletion of the class?

The reason why there is a long time is because 1) You might change your mind about deleting your class 2) To not abuse it.

Im not sure how players who level their combat to 100 (very fast) feel, but making it instant deleted would hurt players who accidentally confirmed deletion to a class that they wanted (yes, that happens).

But reducing the timer to a few days would probably be alright.

Edit: Oh, you meant another way to confirm deleting. But yeah, deleting a class instantly isn’t the best idea (even though there is a confirmation already)

Yeah, the main reason is number 2 (although still in part due to number 1). As someone who used to hyper level a lot, it would be ridiculously abusable if the timer was instant, or even a few days for that matter, because of how easy it is to hyper level now thanks to grind spots. It's honestly the main reason quest rewards got nerfed as well (although I still find they nerfed it too much). However, I do agree that the timer should be shortened if possible. 1-2 weeks as a maximum time for deletion is more than sufficient to make sure hyper levellers don't have a field day, while also being long enough to allow players to ponder whether or not they want to keep the class even after the deletion process has started (as well as just going and doing other things in the meantime for both groups of players).
