Whilst playing through Wynncraft ages ago. After completing the quest Underwater, I thought that's a cool quest since it gives the player the ability to be underwater for longer, though the extended time wasn't great, still cool.

Next upon arriving in Nesaak, I was able to start and complete the quest Underice, this quest is very loosely connected to the prior-mentioned 'Underwater', with the exception that at the start of the quest you are told to buy a new and improved version of the helmet given during Underwater. The new helmet has better stats and longer 'underwater time before drowning'. The rest of the quest then involves going and either helping Nesaak and the Squids or helping the fisherman by giving one of them the puffer fish (In short not at all linked to Underwater).

Here is when I thought of my quest idea, though we will get back to it later. At the time, the Corkus trailer had dropped and it revealed the technological island powered by Steam Engines, Cogs cand gears! As soon as it was revealed, I immediately thought that 1 of the 5 quests given by the trailer would be called 'Understeam'.

I think Understeam would be a good quest, as it would involve learning about electromagic and a Corkian Power plant, similar to that of Llevigars with the exception that it is much more realistic, being a steam engine, with boilers and such. The quest would begin as you walked down a street in Corkus city leading to the power plant, half way there an explosion would occur and Mechs would burst through the city wall, the player must then fight them off, though after destroying the majority of the mechs,a cut scene would happened, and the player would see the single surviving Mech running into the plant, another explosion would occur and the player would then be met with an NPC (who is a worker at the power plant ), who would explain the situation.

Resembling, the beginning the of Underice, the player must acquire the Breathing Helmet III, as the mech as broken the valves in the steam-pipes. This helmet cannot be bought and must be forged. The player would collect materials around the city and after acquiring them, accompanied by the NPC , would travel to some kind-of mechanical forge (maybe in the factory?). The rest of the quest would be a mini-dungeon run, in that the player must traverse through the plant, by doing parkour across the boiler rooms and pipes. The player must then attempt to destroy the mech, at 1/10 of the mech's health, a cut-scene happens, where the mech throws itself at you (similar to the monster that kills you in 'beyond the grave'), as this happens the power plant beigns to meltdown and the player is forced to run to escape. However, the mech is 'latched' onto you and the slowness effect is implied; the player will not be able to escape! The player turns in the corridor, there's light ahead! Closer, it is... Suddenly, the roof collapses and the screen goes black for a few seconds then...

The player wakes up, Corkian firefighters at the scene and pull you out of the rubble. The NPC Employee then talks to you and then pulls off the Mech,s loose body. He explains that after you went in smoke, began billowing out and he then got the services. The quest ends, the player is given:
    -Breathing Helmet III
-A piece of armour which is the mechs body
    -some LE
-A suitable amount of XP for a Corkus, Lvl 80+ quest

I solely thought of this quest, as to complete the Underwater and ice quests and ideas proposed there.
    Thank you for reading!

Good idea actually considering there’s so little quests in Corkus and imo needs more content
(4 quests atm if I’m not mistaken)

I think the part where you have to fight mechs can be change (First part). You can make them flying off into the distances and then another explosion comes up. And you fainted. THEN the worker helps you up and explain the situation.
Maybe when you forge the Breathing Helmet III it can be change to "Hot Steam Mask / Translucent Mask" In real world helmet can't block the steam right? you will be pretty hot.
So the mask would fit more. Also, you can't see through the steam while wearing glasses for sure (because you said on the 5th paragraph 3 lines. "by doing parkour across the boiler rooms and pipes.") The Ingredients you collect around the Corkus and the forge (Helps with electromagic) can make some see-through steam glasses for the mask. These are just my ideas. Thanks!
