You just finished your level 100 mage and can finally work on your build, let me just organize and clear out some bank slots. Wait, what's this, a bunch of quest helmets I still have including ones all the way from AN IRON HEART PART 2!!!!!1!11!11!!!!

There are two main reasons why I think getting rid of quest armor items should be a thing:

    1. Accidentally getting rid of these quest items is a huge pain to deal with, I've had an instance where my inventory was full, and I dropped my Clearsight Spectacles on the ground and couldn't get them back for the Light Realm quest. This may not be a problem for me, since I have multiple 100's, but it is a problem for those with one main class. Those who lose quest armors have to grind all the way back up to level 40,50,70, or 80. This is a huge pain because of the strict no refund policy on any wynncraft item. Also, before anyone mentions /fixquests, /fixquests is broken on so many levels, sometimes it gives you items you don't need or items for completed quests, and sometimes doesn't give any items at all.

    2. They take up bank slots. Now you could be saying, well sulphursmite, why don't we also remove normal quest items then. Well normal quest items are stackable and while normal quest items are stackable, armor quest items aren't. This fills up a lot of slots in the bank that can have the potential of holding more useful stuff like legendaries, mythics, or even stacks of LE. This comes in to play when you have a lot of level 100 classes and have like half a page of bank slots filled with armor quest items.

    How to fix this:

Add an NPC called the Quest Merchant (next to in the Eye Exam in Cinfras, The Ice Nations, The Temple of the Legends, Bucie (Iron Heart 1), The Level 8 Underwater Quest location, and any other quests that have quest item armors), that sell these helmet items as Untradable Items. This means you can drop them so they won't create conflicts and inconveniences with you having to redo quests then delete classes or having lots of bank cluttered up.

To prevent people who are cheap and like to buy the legendary Clearsight Spectacles without being level 71, keep its current tag saying Taproot is required to wear it, but also make the NPC in a restricted area or just make the Eye Exam in a restricted area accessible only during and after the quest. This goes for any quest, Finding the Light was just the easiest to think of.

When you need these items, you can easily buy them for a reasonable price at the Quest Merchants.

Think of this idea like Creeper Infiltration where you can lose the creeper helmet and you can make it yourself again easily.

For craftsman there will be a red tag under the Untradable Item tag that says "Usable for Craftsman" so that Craftsmen can progress in the quest.

    TL;DR

Quest item helmets should be removed and replaced with an NPC that sells them.

craftsmen are allowed to use quest items so just give them the quest item tag and it should be fine

Personally no, selling quest items instead of earning them in a fair fashion would not only waste money it will also be unfufilling and boring.

Also, come of it XD, we have MORE than enough bank space now

Thank you for suggesting tho, maybe some people with other views may like this!

I haven't had a problem with storing all my quest items, it takes like 1 page? maybe 2? And I think you can have up to 20 bank pages?

But what could be cool is if you get a quest items pouch for when you play ironman mode. That way your inventory doesn't get filled and you can continue playing normally like any other.
