    Minecraft:
Give dungeon rewards from dungeons with dungeon quests a quest requirement for the dungeon quest (eg Blasphemy requires Fate of the Fallen)
    Pros:
    - more reason to do the dungeon quests
    - more immersive
    Cons:
    - can't carry another class with dungeon items from another class
(- might or might not oof current dungeon items)

How do you make this simpler? This suggestion is as fundamental as it can be.

I don't really see why they would need them. You need to do the dungeon quest in order to access the dungeon to begin with, meaning it's redundant to put a quest requirement label on the items. The only reason I can see why this would be added is to force people to do a dungeon quest in order to use dungeon items on future playthroughs where they don't want to do the dungeon quests/dungeons themselves again, which, I agree, is a bad idea. If the player has already gone through the trouble of doing the quest and grinding for said dungeon item(s), why should they have to redo the quest in order to use it (them)? It's an unessential roadblock for the player to be forced to do something they have already rightfully earned.

EDIT: Just thought of this, but what happens if the quest on another playthrough gets bugged and the player wants to use a dungeon item they already have? Adding this would lock the player out of ever being able to use that item on that character. More of a minor thing, since most bugs from what I've seen don't completely lock you out of a quest, but there still is the rare occasion that this could apply.

make it so the gear is unusable like with lvl req without completing the relevant dungeon quest. though I really don't see any particular need for them to ad it and it would just be a nuisance for those that save the items for later runs.

It seems similar to how normal Quest Rewards sometimes require that you complete the quest. Although, you can still argue that dungeon rewards should not be treated the same as quest rewards.
