Assassin Team Play Buff

    So since 1.19 is on its way with its introduction of the Shaman class and other class buffs and nerfs I thought this would be a good chance to suggest a small assassin buff.

    We all know that all the classes have in some way shape or form have the ability to buff and boost allies. Archers with speed, Warriors with resistance and strength, and Mages being mobile health potions, as well as the upcoming Shamans with their totems.

    All the classes however, including assassins have ways to debuff enemies such as blinds slows or knock-backs.

    However assassin is the only class that has no way to buff allies instead only giving personal effects during vanish, positive effect stealing from spin attack and as mentioned before enemy debuffs such as blinds and slows.


    My suggestion is that to allow assassins to be more valuable in parties working with other classes by either giving more valuable debuffs to enemies through smoke bomb, where enemies caught in the wall of smoke could take a 10% increased damage from all ally spells and melee attacks. However this damage bonus would not stack on top of other ally assassin smoke bombs.

    Another and more minor way to buff assassins in team play would to allow the effect stealing from spin attack to apply to allies. For example when using spin attack on a mob using invisibility or speed spell that effect would be stolen from the mob and applied to the assassin and all allies near the spin attack. (just imagine invisible archers zooming around causing havoc for the duration of the effect :O)

    Let me know what you guys think of my suggestion and if you have any ideas for the upcoming class buffs, nerfs, and changes :)

    maybe increase the critical hit chance as well, if not together then slightly decrease the damage boost and add a critical chance increase just so its a bit more thematic with the classic assassin style in rpgs
