Title should say it all, but i'll list some pros and cons i've thought of:

    pros:
Detlas would be the center of the world
Navigating (especially from ragni to detlas) would be a lot easier
uh, that's about it, but it just makes too much sense to not do it

    cons:
every official mention of specific coords (wiki, ingame, discord, forums) would need to be updated
an unknown amount of potential work for builders to move over what could be a 40000 square block area

This probably won't be implemented but i wanted to throw the suggestion out there to see if it would garner any interest whatsoever.

I think a really major issue with this is that a lot of the offmap space is used so it would require practically everything to be moved around.

As for navigating your compass always points to ragni (unless there's a war)

Copypasting the map most likely wouldn't be a tough job, even though it'd likely require a lot of time and computing power. However, when it comes to issues, the wiki and other references to coordinates are a mere scratch on the surface of the change's actual effects on the game.

We're talking about thousands, if not dozens of thousands of changes to yml and wynnscript. Quest and tp regions, mob spawning, player respawning, animations, dungeons and more. Impossible for the team to do manually within an acceptable time limit. Let's give it the benefit of the doubt though, and say that there is a converter that can automatically detect which numbers are coordinates, and which aren't with 0% mistake ratio, and calculate their new positions. They are just text files, after all.

Alright, now what? Well, there's still an equal amount of command block systems out there, that I know for a fact there isn't a similar converter for. Manual conversion once again isn't an option, since nobody knows all the places where command blocks have been used, and no one's insane enough to do that much work. You'd have to write a whole new program or plugin, that not only detects, separates and converts normal coordinates from within command blocks, but also spots them from datatags without making mistakes.

Even after all of that, there'd still be issues. Maps would be misplaced, and moving them to their original spots might override off-map content. Moving them to a new spot on the other hand would mean that all currently existing maps would break, and if a player managed to get near enough to update them, they could potentially leak content. Quest signs that contain coordinates couldn't be automatically converted, since they're often either scrambled or spread over several signs. As for manual labour, figuring out which quests use them and finding those places wouldn't necessarily be impossible, but still an annoying extra task for sure.

Now, even if all of this was possible, would it really be worth the effort?

It's literally one straight road from Ragni to Deltas how could that possibly be difficult to navigate? It's a nice idea to have Detlas be the center of the world but yeah its unnecessary compared to the amount of work needed to actually move the map
