Improve Armor Skins

Hey,
I've read than make specials skin for each armor is really difficult and I understand it, so I've an idea.
We can do a system like Black Desert Online, where in the Shop we can buy Transmog, but when we "equiped" the transmog, no matter what kind of armor we are wearing, the transmog don't change.

Ex : If we wear a full armor level 3 with the transmog "Evil", In-game we'll see us with the transmog Evil
and if we just change 1 piece of armor, the transmog do not change.

It can be buyable with the Shop on the website, or even In-game for transmog which are less cool.
Cause The server is perfect, we really feels like being in an MMORPG, but the only negative points I found was the armor and it makes a big difference, cause we always see armor.

I think they wanted to keep armour skins, but it exploited something that wasn't in Mojang's EULA, which is like the terms and conditions servers must follow.
Basically, I don't think they're allowed to do armour skins... but someone might correct me on this? I'm pretty sure that's the reason they can't, though. ):

 

So why, in Hypixel in the game Warlords, they can use armor skins ?

 

Maybe they don't care as much about the rules, whereas Wynn's playing it safe?
Sadly, that's the first thought that came into my head. Again, maybe I'm wrong.

 

Wynncraft just keep saying that as if it's true. In reality they are completely allowed too, and they just think they can't. Maybe they weren't at one time, but Wynncraft could definately do it now, I think it's more for lag purposes

 

thats my cue:

they used imgur, mojang discontinued support for changing a player's skin to a skin uploaded onto a website not on their own domain, so it's not that they shouldn't have, it's that they couldn't have unless they had a bunch of accounts dedicated to changing armour skins for players everytime someone changed their skin, and as you know, it is pretty much impossible with the sheer amount of players on WynnCraft.

Hypixel does something like this with the Murder Mystery Assassins and Infection mode, but they have premade skins which is a lot easier to do than using bot accounts to modify skins on the fly.
