World A New System Of Shout Bombs.

So the current system of shout bombs is simple and easy to understand, and it kind of works but IMO, i feel it needs a change for the better.

- In many other MMORPGs, default players can access shouts without having to pay but only have a limited amount of usability. Our idea (mine and AmbassadorArt's) gives players who dont spend money on minecraft servers, access to shouts. Being able to shout maybe once a week would help players by advertising an item, needing help on a quest or something else.

--The shouts would work like this:
-default players get 1 shout a month (from 2 shouts a week)
-VIP gets 2 shouts a month (from 4 shouts a week)
-VIP+ gets 1 shout a week (from 6 shouts a week)
-Hero gets 2 shouts a week (from 9 shouts a month)
-there would still be purchasable shout bombs needs more than the given shouts
-Shout bombs can be transferred week by week, (eg. a VIP has 4 shouts week one, uses one, and gets gets 4 more the next week, there could be a cap increasing as the rank goes up)
-Possible caps: (default:5 (from 10), VIP:7 (from 20), VIP+:15 (from 40), Hero: 30 (from 90)

--Why i feel like this would help both players and wynncraft

-Players who would normally never use money would be happier with being able to just shout something important to them or to the server
-More players would be encouraged to buy more ranks due to the free extra shouts they get a month
-Players who frequently use a lot of shouts would still be able buy shouts from the wynncraft store if they want/need more shouts

Changes made:
- less shouts a player
- shouts cost a bit more money

maybe changes:
Only world shouts
maybe server shouts and world shouts as people would probably be pissed if server shouts were gone, maybe they'd cost 1.5x a server shout?

The thing is, people have already been complaining a lot about the amount of shouts currently used; giving everyone an easy and free option for getting them would worsen that by a lot.

I'm also of the opinion that there is no actual need for shouts, as you can do almost everything you'd need shouts for using the forums or Discord.

Oh, and add a poll.

Personally I don't really care too much about shouts, and what Bart said there's no real need for them because we have the forum. But I certainly wouldn't be against them giving us 2 shouts a week XD, I just feel like perhaps there's no real need tbh

I’d agree with this if they were world based shouts instead of the server ones (which used to exist idk what happened to them) but normal shouts for everyone, especially with that many shouts, would be way too much spam.
Maybe change the amount of shouts and/or make them monthly instead of weekly

I fell it would be better if non-ranks to be give 1 instead of 2 to keep the people that buy ranks happy.
