New Challenge Mode: The Traveler

This challenge prevents you from using the sea skipper, so you would have to sail on traditional boats whenever you need to go across the sea. I know this is a short post but the challenge is pretty simple to describe. What do you think?
Edit: as pointed out by Bluescreen, this should include all fast travel methods like scrolls and airships. So in addition to the sea skipper, you would not be able to use those either. Also, I am changing the title to be more accurate.

 

Why though? All it does is make it take longer and become more boring


Also even if it was added, it should affect ALL fast travel methods, including airship and scrolls

 

It would just be a way to kinda show what is was like before the sea skipper existed for people who would want to experience that. I could totally understand why it wouldn't be added. Also, ill update my post to include all fast travel methods.

 

+1 Support, with this the walkspeed builds shall overtake Wynncraft once and for all >:D

 

Or spell spam builds because movement abilities.
Allow me to briefly describe every class in this challenge.
Warrior: Hold my charge spam!
Mage: Initiate BILL maneuver (TP SPAM)
Archer: I already got SPEEEEEEEEEEEEEEED AND THE BEST MOVEMENT SPELL HAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHAHAHA SUCKAS
Assassin: Can everyone please stop bullying me?

 

Actually, with a mana build, assassins can spam vanish to fast travel. Cuz vanish push u forwards for about 10 blocks

 

Sure, you can spam it, but vanish out of combat is the hands down worst movement spell. It's basically a worse charge, as it doesn't go as far and isn't as spammable due to how vanish works. The walkspeed you get from it is only good on land and if you have either good ws or mana sustain in terms of travelling out of combat.

However, vanish is at least the second best movement spell in combat. If it wasn't, it would get memed into literal oblivion.

 

My mana build is quite good, and I am faster than warrior's charge
So not the worst, second-worst, making warrior the worst class in my opinion

 

I don't see how your mana build could be faster than a warrior mana build but ok.

 

My duel tactic is to spam vanish to get close to an enemy and hit a multihit, so i can get mana steal working, and spam spin attack until he dies, keep repeating if the enemy teleports away, this tactic works on enemies that has higher levels then u too

I know this is flawed, can anyone help me improve it?

I only need to have 68 water skill points to reduce mana useage of vanish to become 1, + a 4/4s mana regen set, u can spam it until the spell count takes it over

 

Warrior needs 68 in order for it to be 2 mana, and if you spell swap that will never be a problem. 4/4s mr is very low in terms of a spell spam build, so I still heavily doubt you could out speed a warrior with full spell spam potential as an assassin.

 

well i can get a 8-10/4s mana too

 

It goes 4-5 blocks at most.

Which goes like, what, actually 10 blocks, creates momentum, and shoots you upwards sometimes?

this hurts, it's not your fault but it hurts

Anyway, with warrior you can (although it's harder than with mage) infinitely 'fly' around by spellcycling 3 or 4 charges and a war scream.
Assassin gets no mana regen when vanished. Zero. It may only take one mana, but you're either continuously switching weapons and getting really lucky with mana regen or you're just doing something no one else has ever done before. Reminder, even if you could keep vanishing, you won't even go halfway warrior can.

That and charge is probably the most fun movement spell to use but that's neither here nor there

 

Also shouldn’t be able to use the tunnel from Detlas to Ragni.

I support, no real reason not to

 

If they want it added then they can have it added, I don't really mind lol

 

I support this only because the new acronym can be THIC
