World Ironman Mode Suggestion

(Assuming this isn't already a thing)

I think characters in Ironman mode shouldn't be effected by bombs of any kind (Item Bombs, Double exp Bombs, etc.) The point of the mode is to be self sufficient, and being able to benefit from bombs wouldn't be self sufficient at all. The main problems would be item and dungeon bombs, those especially would allow you to gain items and do things that you would normally have to work for in Ironman mode.

 

just switch servers/ dont click on the shit for most bombs. Only soul points and the party bombs will only forcefully affect you.

 

What if you want to go into a dungeon and don't realise there's a dungeon bomb on?

Also, there's no need to swear.

 

It takes like 2 seconds to figure out if there's a bomb active. And can you please stop with the "no swearing" stuff? I'm not even directing towards anybody lmao.

 

It's absolutely unnecesary, it's not like you're using it to emphasise a point. You're just using that word for the sake of using it, or to seem "edgy" :P

Some people can be very offended by people swearing, especially if it's uncalled for.

 

You're not the swearing police, if the rules allow for swearing, then I can swear. And I will. I'm not swearing to seem edgy, it's really how I usually type. It really seems like your minimodding towards my pattern of god damn speech is considered more edgy than me actualy swearing. Please stop.

 

what are you, 8? swearing is fine as long as it's not directed to someone or overdoing it.

Anyway, for the suggestion, I think it's cool from a challenge standpoint, but I think it wouldn't be necessary to make it standard.

Anyways, I think this is a really smart idea. Because it forces players do more thinking and planning on their part and well thats mostly what the gamemodes are for.
