World Skip For A Single Parcour Section For Those Who Got Stuck In There.

I am having a hard time in parcour parts of the map. Stuck in parcour section for hours is just normal for me. and I sometimes thought about quitting this game when I got into that situation. Failing some tries, acceptable. For hours stuck in the section? THAT would not be a good game experience.
Besides, This game is not just for parcours, right?

So I suggest skip options for those who tried hard and still stuck due to their lack of skills.
After falling off like 100 or 150 times in a row without reaching the next checkpoint, a popup in the chatbox is shown or the item acts like teleport scrolls for skipping course is given to the player. When activated, it then will teleport that player to the next checkpoint.

It would make the game more enjoyable for the players who are not skilled for parcours and keep them playing.

 

I'm kind of interested in which parkour. I generally can beat any of Wynncraft's parkour after a couple of tries, but I'd like to see if the ones I think of as hard are similar to yours.

 

First, of all, parkour in this game (with the exception of for example the fallen factory or the general's orders parkour) is easy as heck. Just follow the colored carpets and you'll be fine

And patience is a huge part of the game, like with almost any game, imo, not just with parkour, so yea you need patience my friend

In the game, parkour starts off pretty easy, and then progressively gets harder as you level (at least that what I've noticed), so you have time to learn and practice.

If you have huge both negative and positive bonuses on walk speed, this could make it very hard to parkour

But I do see your point, it kinda makes sense for people who are just plain bad (I mean no offense) at parkour to just quit. But even if you quit, there are still other things to do to level up... Although this take on this problem doesn't seem altogether logical, you could suggest to add more checkpoints for parkour?

I was actually just checking the forums to see if someone had mentioned anything about this. I have had an AWFUL time at parkour. I have some neurological stuff that sometimes makes me twitch at the worst possible moments, and anything where timing is involved, no amount of persistence is going to help- I'm looking at the breaking ice parkour bit at some icy biome (can't remember the quest name), and the burning bridge in Lost Sanctuary. It would also be less hair-pulling-out-y if I didn't have to start from the very beginning of that bit of parkour, if it was broken up some more. (Looking at Infested Pit thing for that one... 2 platforms away and just couldn't anymore.)

It can be easy for some folks, but between reflex and reaction times, and sometimes even lag, it isn't easy for others. :\ It sucks to be locked out of content and thus tier tools because I can't jump and run at the right times.

 

Here is what i would recommend you to do: Make a thread on this section. Add pictures of the parkours that you think is hard and explain what is hard and what do you think is best to do with them (remove X section from parkour, put a block [X, Y, Z] and remove block etc).
