New Vault System.

So I absolutely love the banking system in towns. But I feel like if you make a new character it should have different vaults. So we can add our own new stuff instead of digging or adding stuff to our vaults which could lead onto a main character instead of a new one.

 

But you already have way too much free space, since the bank is so large!
Not to mention how with the current system, you can transfer stuff from one character to another, making things such as money managment easier.

 

Which I'm trying to explain. If you want to make a fresh character with no banking so you can get weapons from your bank and or money. In my opinion if your making a new character it should be a 'NEW CHARACTER' not a character thats new where you can just take stuff from your bank. Because if I wanted to make a video on the server with a 'NEW CHARACTER' I'd rather have it where my banking is clear for that character, and not my other characters. So other people can't say I 'cheated.'

 

I mean even if they were to add it, it won't solve the problem with "Other players saying to you that you are cheating".
You can give your items to a friend, and then change class then take the items back from your friend.

Reaching the bank for another class removes a lot of tedious stuff. Easier to travel from place to another, getting some tedious quests done faster etc.
So, i wouldn't really agree with your suggestion.

However, i would like to say that the space we have is not enough and the prices for banks pages aren't good.

If your making a new character. The point of that is to not, cheat quests or get good items from your bank to make it easier for you. Giving the name 'new character.'

 

No, this isn't the point. The point of making a new character is to have another different experience starting from lv. 1.
Making banks for each class will limit us. The only benefit from it is more space which is good but unnecessary way too much space for one class.
This isn't cheating, it's skipping things that you already experienced and are bored off.

I mean really, why would you like to have each class have their separate class? the only benefit is more space which you can suggest to add more bank pages/lower price instead of adding something that will limit the players.

 

If a persons going to skip the boring quests then whats the point of making a new character? As I said, if I'm making a new character I want that character to have a cleared bank. Not the one with my good stuff. In my opinion if you make a new character it should literally be new. A fresh start. Not a 'start with a good banking system so you can level up and use the items or skip quests that seem 'boring.'' That's the point of it. But I will agree if we can have more space. Or at least make it where we have it like classes. Where you can access a vault based on the class. So it will be chosen like classes. Once you open the bank you'll be asked which bank do you want to access? 'character 1' or 'character 2.'

 

Yes, this is your opinion. But really, a lot of players will go insane if they can't access their old banks with a new class (i'm serious).
But, i do agree on the idea of having each class have their own banks if they can access their other class bank.

 

Yay we at least came to a conclusion lol. But the prices and such are a bit easy to get banks.

literally just dont use the other stuff and if you really want to, only use other pages when you hit the level req and throw away emeralds for the cost. as for people who say you cheated, who cares, it's just a video game. you know that you didn't cheat and that's all that should matter.

edit: yes I understand that the latter half of bank pages is expensive but honestly with your 3 classes you don't really need all that much bank space so at that point new pages won't be all that expensive. (if you don't have a lot of pages. I've got 5 high ish level classes and i don't really need more than 8 so honestly, unless you're a hoarder, you should be fine)

Not wrong, parkour. Most of my vaults are either potions or stuff from quests, or old characters. And since the new update (which I wasn't here for till now) everything's really getting filled because of the resources and just stuff from killed mobs.

which makes it no different than if you had started without the restriction of starting anew (what you described in your original post). If you're gathering stuff that fills up a whole bank page, then you end up getting more stuff, that means you're going to need a new bank page, restrictions or no.
For bank space, here's the argument. Lets' say you have VIP+ and have 10 classes, 4 of which you actively play on and keep their inventories relatively clear, and the other 6 are storage classes. Each vanilla Minecraft inventory has 27 storage slots + 9 hotbar slots, so a total of 36 slots (that's not counting the accessory slots, armor slots, and slots needed for compass, soul points, etc - makes total storage space on a Wynncraft class 29 slots [not including armor slots on either]). So 36 (number of spaces in 1 inventory) x 6 (number of storage classes) is equal to 216 total storage slots. Adding 1 page of bank (lets assume old bank, 9 x 6 slots or 54 total) means that you've got a total of 270 slots. Adding the full inventory of the 4 classes we assume a person plays on (36 x 4 or 144) adds up to 414 total storage. 1 bank page now is 6 x 7 slots or 42/page. 414/42 is equal to about 10 bank pages, or 9720 Emeralds, 151.875 EB or 2.37 LE. Let's round that up to 3 LE. It takes 3 LE to have the same amount of storage space a person could've had a few years ago.

also im pretty sure people were complaining about bank storage space before Lotem's suggestion got implemented because they didn't like using classes as storage spaces

anyway the point is that having a lot of storage space now doesn't cost a lot and that needing storage space means needing storage space, regardless of the regulations you put on yourself.

What I'm saying here is that a lot of not hoarder players do in fact use more than 10 bank pages. I didn't say that your saying its bad to be a hoarder, it's alright to be one.
But, I wouldn't say "unless you are a harder you'll use more than 10 pages", a lot of normal players will probably use more than 10 pages. So yeah, even if you aren't a hoarder you'll probably use more than 10 pages.
