its still faulty. people don't have to give explanations to everything to say yes or no. Saying no is also voicing your opinion.

If you really insist on players explaining why they said no, then why not ask people who said yes the same? People who say yes don't voice their opinions either? Saying yes or no is the same anyway. In either of them you only choose one word and it doesn't change it like one allegedly explaining your whole opinion while the other means nothing.

That's what I mean. Yes and no are equal so if you want one to be explanatory, then the other one has to be explanatory too. Or if you want one to be just one word, then the other one has to be one word too.

 

Sure it is, but it doesn't help me, so I don't care. Sure I am selfish but this is my thread and besides votes don't really matter they just bring more attention to the suggestion.

It doesn't work both ways becaouse one can agree with everything I said and some can agree with almost everything but would want some changes; which most often then not they state in the comments. On other hand however if someone doesn't like my suggestion I won't know why if they don't tell me why. That's why I don't ask for explenation for the yes votes, however I do appriciate criticizm even if someone votes yes.

No, not really. I don't like to assume that EVERYTHING has to be equall and work the same way. Once again, if someone votes yes, I can understand why they voted like that. However if they vote no, I will have no idea why they voted like that.

 

Why DO they like your idea then? How do you figure that out?

Becouse they think similiary to me an the specific issue.

let me give you an example. If I say I like fries, but I would like to add more salt to them, then people who would vote yes, most probably also want to add more salt to the fries, whetever it is becouse they will taste, look, or do something else better isn't that important becouse we all want to enhance the product, but when someone says no, I won't know why they do not agree. Perhaps they do not want more salt in the fries, or they think adding more salt would be too expensive, or they just hate my guts. When somebody agrees with me I can deduct why they would support me, but for people who disagree with me I can only guess what is their reason.
