3 Days And No Reply

    Sent a ban appeal to the Wynncraft support email and have received no reply. Some mods like to make the excuse that you guys got an influx of 2000+ people and that there was a sale and blah blah. I can tell you that these excuses are false because if you look here: https://gyazo.com/1122e06b3d794b1f9ea5f3cd89113e39 You can see I sent you guys an email 3 days ago at 10:26 AM. Then exactly 56 minutes later you guys sent me a reply: https://gyazo.com/864ca18f50b7565e6709b21fde63dd7f The email instructed me to make an appeal and send it back to them.

    So there is no way you can tell me that within a span of 3 hours, you guys got thousands of emails and were so swamped that you couldn't possible reply to mine.


    I went in this in depth and did this much work because I fking want to be unbanned that badly. Thanks.

    Refunding a rank is not allowed. The reason is because it is impossible for the game to truly remove a rank’s benefits. You refunding pretty much means you get the rank for free. This is for ALL minecraft servers. You realizing that Hero (assuming)
    isn’t worth it, is YOUR fault. It lists all its benefits and in general that rank is to support the server.

    Screaming at the mods and making a post like this which is the equivalent of “hey x check your dms” is a pretty fucking dick move. They’ll check it eventually, and I don’t think you deserve to be unbanned as I’m not sure how they could even remove your rank.

    Fuck off with your refunding bullshit, you’re one of those annoying fucks the mods have to deal with constantly.

    Edit: also the mod explained why you should stay banned over in he/she’s intials reply to your email. Don’t even know why this thread exists lmao.

    edit 2: sorry for rudeness but refunding is truly scummy. I’m not going to take back those words.

    You do realize that the mod/admin team alongside the big three all have actual jobs most likely that isnt just moderating a random minecraft server that may or may not even be profitable. Getting these donations are the only real way for them to pay their rent unless they have to work at a fast food joint just to pay for a shitty textbook for college whilst having to deal with thousands upon thousands of people willingly? Yet you want the entire team's time on a silver platter just because you ever so demand it. I would of gotten your point to an extent regardless of toxicity if this was a year for a ban appeal and you tried resending the email without response (Assuming that they are supposed to give you a response denied or not) but apparently 3 days is too long for you?

    Your diction is highly immature and your toxic attitude will not attribute towards helping your case. I highly doubt that you wanting a refund was the reason why you got banned, you clearly were harassing moderators/admins based off of the way you are speaking and it's just going to create an unfriendly environment if the Wynncraft community acts the way you do which is probably the main factor towards your ban. You likely were persistent with that attitude and that's probably where you got banned, and you clearly didn't improve it. This isn't EA where doing such toxic actions is justified to an extent, this is a free game where you can willingly donate for aesthetics to support to developers and they clearly listed what you get. So think to yourself for a bit before posting.

    It's only scamming if they didn't give you what they said they would. The things they gave you is exactly what you purchased for so in that term you are objectively incorrect by the usage of that word. There's inconsistencies in replies because sometimes people respond to emails at different times and days and sometimes when they get back from eating a sandwich for example there might be another 50 emails they have to respond to and it stacks up. You likely just emailed at the right place at the right time. Either way just actually be patient and at the very least have the integrity to respect the moderators/admins alongside the owners for their dedication and for even GIVING you the chance to ban appeal. Again I highly doubt that their reason wasn't because you just wanted a refund.

    Ranks are not purchases. They are donations with non-monetary and non-game changing perks. It isn't supposed to do anything but change colors and make you look different. You didn't understand what you were doing when spending your money. There's a big difference between a purchase and donation. It's all thanks to the EULA tbh.
    I agree about it being slow though. I got banned and it was a few days before I got a reply. They do actually take a few days. Don't worry, you'll get a reply, but it takes a while.

    How is it scamming? You paid for the rank and they delivered. As stated in the email you literally took a screenshot of, the mod stated that their policy does not allow refunds and you WILL be banned for doing so. Like reasons stated before, it is impossible for the game to just remove your rank even if they wanted to.

    Please fuck off with your toxic attitude, you’re the faggot that refunded in the first place so stay down with your punishment.

    Well, from the big spring sale, to the random player influx, to all of the duties with the server. I can see why it is a bit slow at the moment, now if this was a time where not much is going on... I can see your frustration with,

    I get your point but you should probably maintain a more respectful manner. regardless of his attitude you shouldn’t stoop down to his level as it would ruin your credibility. It’s not that you did a bad thing but maybe learn that for next time. Otherwise the argument will be as linear as Lucina’s Neutral Game in smash ultimate.

    It’s less of me being frustrated, I’m just trying to inform you to maintain a better attitude whilst giving more light onto your ban and refunds. No reason to feel like you’re the bad guy. Just improve from this attitude. Also toxicity is subjective so others view things toxic differently. Hope you understand my guy.

    i feel like youre the kind of person that would shout "CAN I SPEAK TO YOUR MANAGER" to a best buy employee because your phone wont work after you dunked it in water to see if it was waterproof. then when the manager isnt there because its 3am you start shouting and screaming.

    jokes aside how heckin entitled do you have to be to feel the need to make a public rant because they didn't respond within 3 hours. there's probably a reason they aren't unbanning you right away and i hope you can put the two and two together.

    I'm sorry for my language, refunding and then complaining really ticks me off. I've seen this situation multiple times (Etika for example) and seeing happen to Wynncraft is pretty infuritating to me. I'll be sure to keep my tongue and manner in check the next time I post.

    I understand the frustration you’re going through. But as stated, charging back is a massive issue for the support team to get through and store issues are popping up left, right and centre. Please just be patient and wait for a response, making threads complaining about it will not make you receive a faster response, it only causes more issues for them, and give us problems too. So please, just wait and it will all be over with.

    I will close the thread because it seems to be getting kind of heated.
