Pets & Horses Horse Armour

Hey there! So I know a lot of people have suggested this in the past, but I think adding horse armour to Wynncraft would be a really cool feature if done right.

Obviously, if horse armour was added to the server, cosmetics would be a sizable part of it. But maybe there could be more to it than just visuals. Maybe there could be attributes, similar to the attributes of weapons.

Here are some attributes I came up with for horse armour:
- Shield: Decreases amount of damage taken by mobs when on a horse.
- Breath: Increases how deep a horse can go underwater without disappearing.
- Slippery: Increases how fast a horse is underwater.
- Backup: Increases how fast a horse can move back down.
- Scary: Makes mobs a lower level than you ignore you. (Better attributes make mobs with a lower level gap will ignore you)
- Breeding: Increases chances of getting a high-tier horse by breeding by 10%. (Increases by 20% if both horses have the attribute)

Maybe horse armour can be obtained in loot chests, and start of with a generic brown colour. To give them a special colour or pattern, we can use crafting stations and make specific patterns using crafting materials. It would certainly give more players an incentive to do professions.

- Rage/Battle Rider: Enables the player to attack while on a horse? I guess this is pretty OP but then this type should be really really rare

 

No. Being rare doesnt fix the OP problem.
