[proposal] Designated Servers For Boss Battles And Hard Quests

It is always hard to organize parties or to get some help for boss battles and hard quests without using shout bombs or the Planing Parlor. So, I am proposing to designate meeting places and servers for each boss battle, and some hard quests.

For example, Legendary Island (WC1 or 11, depending on availability), The Quira Hive (WC2 or 12), Tower of Ascension (WC3 or 13), Forge (WC4 or 14) for Corrupted Dungeons , Cinfras or Llevigar for ??? quest (WC5 or 15), Temple of Legends (WC6 or 16) , Bob's Tomb (WC7 or 17) for Bob's Lost Soul or Reincarnation, etc.

the thing is, the devs are who matter in this, as convenient as this may be, it could hurt the server's wallet because more servers = more costs = more chances they cant pay the bills = rip
