Horse Auto Mount [85 Supporters]

Simple suggestion. Make it so when you summon your horse, you're automatically put onto riding it, so you dont have to spend like 10 seconds spam clicking until you get on...

Possibly optional via /toggle

 

I'd say make it optional.

Because people would probably complain and disagree with auto mounting horses. So why not make it optional!

 

There are definitely situations where summoning a horse without mounting is advantageous, such as opening Bob's Tomb (I just did this a few days ago - it already takes several tries with archer, I imagine it would take quite a bit longer with auto-mount). Optional would be great.

Why would you spawn a horse and not mount it

 

What if the horse spawns on a cliff with you on top of it, there is a chance of you accidentally falling off of the cliff. And what if you accidentaly click the horse?

 

Just don’t be stupid... easy solution. Also you don’t take fall damage on horses.

Where is that cheating? It’s just a suggestion for WynnCraft.

I always wondered why this isn’t a thing anyways. Doesn’t make much sense to me that you have to click on it to mount after you spawn it. The mount should immediately despawn when you dismount it as well and not hang around until you interact with you inventory for example.
Yes, I abuse it for Bob’s Tomb but I wouldn’t have a problem with asking a third person for help instead.

 

I said that i am not sure and what i mean that it will be much easier to escape when your near death.

It doesn’t make sense that you can spawn it from a saddle.
Besides it makes sense to ride the horse after you spawn it.

 

Well horses don’t spawn when there are too many mobs and they could be disabled at bosses just like in wars.
And well, if you almost die against normal mobs and you get away with your horse, you’re lucky I guess. I mean, that’s possible even right now but I agree that fleeing would be easier.

That’s your opinion. Of course it’s more realistic like that but it just makes more sense from the game’s perspective that if you want to use a mount, you should just instantly sit on it when you summon it imo.

There are games that you can instantly ride a horse but i don’t think it is a good thing to instantly ride the horse it makes it so much eaiser and how is not riding the horse when you spawn it don’t make sense?

If the CT add this i don’t mind it (i didn’t vote because i’m not sure).

 

Because it makes things so much easier!
If you want to use a mount, you should just be able ride it instantly when you summon it.

 

Did you read the thread? It specifically says it’s optional.

 

Wait it seems i write the question wrong.
And riding the horse after you spawn it seems better to me by not making it eaiser to escape and it is annoying if your always riding it instantly.

It seems making it optinal as everone has said is the better thing to do.

I know from the start that it is optinal.
