World [general Idea] Brewing, A New Way To Use Junk Items

BaSicAlly, im posting this as a "general idea" thread, if it gets enough support, I will make a full post with like,,,, lots of suggested types, and stuff like that.

Basically, in every major city's potion shop, there will now be an NPC cauldron that when clicked opens up a new GUI. This contains your inventory, A small space to add ingredients and multiple buttons.
The buttons are;
[Stir clockwise] [Stir counterclockwise] [Bottle]
The first two are used in recipes, The third is used to finish brewing and get the potion.
To actually make the desired potion, the player must be of a good level and have the "recipe book" of the potion. These probably could be bought or dropped from rare mobs.

An example would be:
Potion of Stealth [lv. 30]
Add rat tail
Stir clockwise
Add newt's eye
Stir counterclockwise
Add rat tail
bottle


Uh if this gets support i guess il make a full post

 

This idea actually sounds pretty cool, I would like to see some kind of full post on this actually.
I can give ideas if you want some too

 

This would be pretty cool to have, but make the cost of the potion much more expensive.

 

I like the idea, but make junk items one of the ingredients too, they currently have no use other than to fill your inventory (No one sells them to those merchants xD). 1.18 might be making use of junk items more too though :D

Cool idea, the control mechanic seems very similar to potion making in lego harry potter yr 1-4.

 

Salted in 1.19: You can eat junk items now

 

Tbh this could be what was being teased with the whole rotten flesh teaser.
