World Item Crafting System?

Let me start this off by saying Mythics won't be craftable. There, there are a few angry comments quenched for now. Now, how would we go about said crafting of items? Well, Wynn already has the NPCs necessary for this. The weapon and armorsmiths that are in the major cities. They sell pretty terrible things, let's be honest. So, let's make them more interesting. In each city, you'd be able to craft certain items specific to that level region. The resources used to craft the items would be gathered from the mobs that are relevant to the item. So, you wouldn't be using Unmelting Ice to make a fire weapon. The highest tier you could craft would be legendaries. The whole reason to craft items instead of grind for them is because of the better stats. The crafted weapons would have set in stone stats based on the tier of items you use. Tier of items, you say? Each item resource has a tier, exactly like equipment. Common, Unique, Rare, and Legendary tier. You wouldn't be able to craft better resources from multiple lower tier resources, like powders. Each time you craft a weapon, the number of resources required would increase slightly. There are definitely flaws in this system that I haven't worked out yet. yeah but like
if there was a time traveler who saw whatever thread you were going to put up
wouldnt travelling back here cause that thread to never exist
and as we all know if it would theoretically make a paradox it didnt happen
