Website & Forums Improvement To Thread Watching

Ok, this is really small, but its super annoying to me. Whenever I want to watch a thread, it's because I want to keep track of all the things going on, (Ex. arguments, discussions, whatever) But the thing is I only get alerts when someone replies to the thread itself, So if Person A replies to Person B's thread, I get an alert. But if Person A has an ongoing argument with Person C where they aren't replying to the thread itself, i'm not given an alert. I'm not sure if this is possible, it just really annoys me that it functions the way it does.

 

I vote for the "No" option.

Honestly for these kinds of things you can just manually check every now and then. For people like me it doesn't help to see alerts for things that don't really involve the thread in general.

If it gets added then fine but I don't think it's a necessary change.
