World Combat Mode

This one is much shorter than the previous one .
NOTE: numbers are not that great probably, and I might change them so suggest if its too op.
Backstory: Have you ever been in a city dueling people/putting down a new build and there's no mage to heal you and you don't want to use potions? Yeah I've been into that situation many times.
I have a solution! It might get abused so suggestions to make it better would be great!

Combat Mode: When you hit a mob/get hit by a mob you will enter combat for 15 seconds. when you're not in combat in cities you will regenerate hp at 10% a second
There should be more benefits you get while not in combat mode, I didn't think of any other stuff yet.

why don’t you just heal back to 100% hp after a duel using plugins or commands of some sort

 

Could be used as a fullheal. Maybe if it set your health back to what it was when you started the duel.

 

because then people would abuse that while not in towns. and most duels i do are near detlas (outside)
example: you used to go to the hp you were before the duel so what people have done is start a duel when going into a risky area, so when they die they go back to full hp because the duel is over

 

It was like that when gavel was first introduced, it was abused to get back to Hp instead of healing or potions.
Which is why it now it sets your health back to what it was "Yes it already does that, at least for the player that losses"
It doing so for both would be a nice touch.
