World Add A Necromancer!!!

Im so sick and tired of me and the half community requesting this. An mmorpg needs this class in it! Please staff add this it would be so much fun to play as!

Going all the way back to January 2016.

If you're going to suggest a class that everyone has suggested, at least do it with a lot of detail. Just begging for it isn't going to get it in the game.
How did you manage to not get the hint when you posted your first thread?

 

First off, there is little to no detail such as what are the class's stats? What is the class's weapon? What is the class's spells and spell upgrades? More detail is required in order for a suggestion to be taken seriously.

Secondly, suggesting something over and over again won't make it come into the game, and eventually people will become sick of the same idea being suggested over and over again, such as player housing. It is very rare that a suggestion makes it into a game, but spamming the same idea over and over again won't get the attention you were expecting.

 

Wow, your suggestion is so good that these rules don't apply!

On a serious note, please think before posting. One-sentence threads like this don't help the CT or developers in the slightest. The necromancer isn't a subject that has never been thought of before, so you should explain what its spells and statistics should be (even though the chances of a new class are extremely slim). Even then, I'm against the concept of a necromancer class. First of all, what is there to necromance? Mobs? If so, having AI minions would probably work horribly and make the combat even more mundane.

wynncraft shouldn't just copy off of other mmorpgs
also, due to wynn's lore, a necromancer is conflicting. the only guy who is a legit necromancer is Slykaar, and he was legit banned from troms because bob came along.

What about the shaman of the Jungle Village?

Well the jungle shaman literally brought people back from the dead and used them as an undead army.

So what? Slykaar at one point is a massive slime.

 

I think they are both Necromancy, just that Slykaar is more scientific and used slimes.

 

He uses magic science at best. Only ones who actully use modern technology in Wynncraft are aliens.
And no Corkiand don't count, becouse they use magic based science.

 

Maybe in the world off Wynncraft science is seen as magic. Besides, Slykaar does seem to have his share of scientific knowledge, in the quest there's even information about DNA or something like that (I don't really remember).

 

Oh well. Regardless, a Necromancer wouldn’t fit the lore anyway because Bob only trained under four classes. Plus it’s not like another class is viable at this point regardless.

 

If science in the world of Wynncrft is seen as magic then isn't Jungle Villages Shaman a scientist by your standard.

We could have another class like a corkian techno-wizard. It can fit the lore by having Corkus sent out a bunch of their soldiers wielding magic to fight the corruption in exchange for help fighting the robots.

 

I guess. I would personally prefer to have more than 4 spells per class (like in Zentrela’s skill/spell system) to shake up the play style than another class. That way they won’t have to make a crap ton of items for that one class.

and there are so many weapons in the world to make a class for, its nuts: samurai (katana), atlantian (trident), musketeer (rapier), Paladin (big sword), ecz.

I would seriously vote for a paladin or atlantian of some sort if a good idea is made
