Dungeons Dying In The Hive

dungeons are offmap too, yet when you die in them, you dont go to a town

It does work for some quests like Flight in Distress. It would probably have to be done via plugins.

 

I have zero clue how Ackro pulled that off and I don't think anyone else does either, otherwise we'd have added that for a lot of out quests already. Since he's off the team...

As i read the thread title i was thinking that you were suggesting that dying in the hive should be a thing, as if it already isn't. :P

tbh they should just add hive scrolls (they have forgery scrolls and individual dungeon scrolls and LI scrolls) so you can get back to it from eltom

 

I guess that would be the best way then. It still doesn't solve the whole problem with dying in quest areas but oh well.

 

Make a black teleport box hidden near the off-map Hive arenas, which teleports you to the main Hive, and make that box a spawnpoint. So every time you die in a Hive arena, you respawn at the black box and instantly go back to the Hive instead of Eltom. The only problem with that would be if multiple people die at the same time in the same arena, the tripwires in that box would break.

 

Didn't that one guy suggest inns? They coulk work.

Except that the quest is broken at the moment and cant be done.

 

Hidden City's bugged at the moment so I don't really care about that much since only some people can use it assuming they did it before it got bugged but yes I do know you can
