Backpacks!

This might seem overpowered! But this is not the case at all!
My idea is adding 1-3 backpack merchants in the map 1 in Wynn 1 in Corkus 1 in Gavel
How you get it? By doing a difficult quest min lvl (40) cause i feel you need storage as you reach lvl 40+ Idk what the quest should be? So ill let the community decide okay! There are 4 backpack tiers brown grey black white you can buy backpacks for 1LE quite expensive since they can help you alot the system works the same as the horses but the percentages are not the same its a 33% success rate 44% downgrade 11% you'll get nothing 2 browns = 0 browns 2% 2x upgrade example brown you'll get a black horse instead of a grey 10% stays the same 2browns stay 2 browns yeah. I know these are harsh but i dont want to make them OP
At a brown you'll get 3 slots
At a grey you'll get 5 slots
At a black you'll get 7 slots
At a white you'll get 10slots
No before you ask... you cant get more then 1 backpack since its a quest item and you cant put the backpack in your enderchest

also the new bank is more than enough

 

This makes no sense at all.
