World Add A Scroll Merchant In Thanos Please

My idea is simply add a scroll merchant in Thanos. The reasons are simple:
First of all, there are a lot of quest near Thanos, like the qira hive, the thanos vaults, etc. Players can go there easily after grinding mobs. The original way to go there is use a cinfras scroll, and then walk through a lot of mountains which has fire.
Second thing is that once you died in the hive, you are teleported to eltom, and you have to go through 500+ blocks to get back to hive. On the other hand, it takes way less time to go to the hive from thanos.

then you would lose 3 soul points per death which ya know if ur going back and forth so much that you find that a pain you probably wouldnt have too many spare soul points
