    Build-Dependent Spell Upgrades

I believe that certain upgrades applied to spells can really help enhance the quality of the game. Spells upgraded by weapons/gear is also an aspect used in some WoW Servers, and I think it would have a good place in Wynn as well. I also believe that this will help to emphasize the differences in play-styles, classes, and builds.

The way that this would function is that, depending on whatever gear is equipped, certain spells in your class will be upgraded in some way. It could either be restricted to Mythics and/or Legendaries, but nothing below these rarities, as it would be too overpowered/laggy. They will also have a range of possible values, like other specifications.

Such universal upgrades include, but are not limited to:
-Longer Spell Duration [in seconds] (ex. Escape grants 5 minutes of speed, Vanish grants 20 seconds, instead of 16 seconds, of speed, stealth, jump boost, etc.)
-Higher Spell Power [+% in damage or use] (ex. Escape launches the archer higher, Teleport sends the mage farther, class' spell buffs are increased in potency)
-Larger Area of Effect [in blocks] (ex. Ice Snake is slightly wider, War Scream affects players in a larger range)

Although these will apply to all classes, they will either affect one spell (specified in the stat, changes with class) with a larger stat, or all spells with significantly lower stats. When they affect one specific spell, the spell is decided through the order of learned spells (i.e. gear that affects Bash on a warrior also affects Escape on an archer).

These upgrades can also be applied to specific spells, which would be applied to only weapons. These, however, are a little more unrealistic.

Class upgrades can include, but are not limited to:

    - Archer; Extra Arrow Bomb Bounces [# of additional bounces], Wider Arrow Storm [# of additional shots], Faster Escape [+% of launch speed increase], etc.
    - Assassin; Better Vampirism in Spin Attack [+% increase in effect steal and debuff], More Multi-Hit [# of extra hits performed], etc.
-Warrior; Better Aerodynamics for Charge [+% increase in maneuverability, as well as speed], Faster Air Shout for War Scream [+% increase in projectile speed], etc.
-Mage; Longer Burning ground for Meteor [increase in seconds], Slower Mind Control for Ice Snake [-% decrease in Ice Snake speed], etc.

This idea is immensely ambitious, but it would still be great to see in Wynn.

I always thought it would be cool to make mythics just a tad better than legendaries, but then give them unique abilities like those you mentioned here. Cool idea if mythics with these new additions got nerfed first.
