Wynnic Should Be Used In Quests

As very few of you guys know, wynncraft have your own language, called Wynnic, a language that according to the wiki, was used 5 times (yes, five times) in wynncraft, they were used in:

• Many Wynncraft logos.
• Salted's Gavel Teasers. (The Puzzle & Gavel Teaser #6)
• Enchanting table particles with the WynnPack resource pack.
• On the Wynncraft map behing Rymek.
• In the Wynnic transcriber gained from the master discovery.

it was at least used ONE SINGLE TIME in the entire game! This language have such a big potential, imagine puzzles where you need to make the entire puzzle using Wynnic language to understand what should you do, or strange carathers that only speak that, and you need to translate it to Wynnic and it is showing off some part of the lore.
i think the biggest problem is the fact that i don't know how you guys would put it in-game, maybe change some carathers of another language, like japonese, but thats just an idea.

Chill out man, the font was only implemented in the latest update, and several discoveries, quests and such from the update use it. Just because we're not releasing updates every 2 seconds, it doesn't mean the font's going to be left unused in the future! ;D

Using a resource from outside of the game to solve in-game puzzles is bad game design. Requiring players to literally learn a language is also not a great idea.

Still, it's quite likely that Wynnic will be utilized more in the future, just not really in the way you seem to want.

Taking the closest wynnic characters to the posted, it would say that this is a semi-wynnic translation that is rather accurate (but not exact) and that you (the original poster of this thread in this case) could not understand it

There's literally a book in-game which translates english alphabet to wynnic.

 

And it's only available to those who a. Know discoveries exist and b. Found all of them. And besides, do you really want to have to go back and forth between your inventory and the quest dialogue?

 

You're right, BUT Ganon is claiming that there's NO way of translating wynnic, but THERE IS.
Also pointing out that it's hard to get and know about can be ssid about a lot of stuff in Wynncraft. Like how to wake up the forst guardian in Finding the Light quest.

Unfortunately, locking quests behind something like that is actually such good game design that wynn wont ever do it

 

Its also used by lanu in Kingdom of sand quest. Its allready being used dude

 

Putting it in Japanese is a terrible idea. Its preferential and turns all the lore back in our faces. It just doesn't work. I don't think it should be used in quests because then it would require translation, which means we would have had to make the master discovery at least once. I DO think it should be used in easter eggs and non-quest puzzles just for fun.
