Is the gimmick that the item gives the victims radiation cancer and this is literally Hyper-Cancer but a weapon

That posion is way to high, 13k is about what someone gets from a spear anyway.

eh, i would like both, makes the Spear Unique, b/c of a Poison + Ws Combo
(no high ws Spears) (No big Poison Mythics)

 

It makes it a nightmare of PvP

just deal with the fact that warriors are doomed to have bad walkspeed spears, assassin isn't much better but I managed to make a good build with 260% ws

give it also like -1000 base HPR raw
otherwise if you dont have any items which give raw HPR the HPR% is useless

 

so basically cancer and warp have a kid but mutated into a spear

Impo items are “questions” not “solutions”, if u can immediately see wt the item is supposed to be paired with then it’s a boring design, with weak melee and spell dps it is obvious that it’s designed to be paired with cancer and maybe boreal. So I suggest u at least make the melee dps significant and try to solve the binding problem :)

although I’m using my item team experience to offer my opinion in how to make this “realistic”, I’m just responding out of personal interest and playing along with the idea coz I like seeing people making mythic ideas, don’t take this as anything related to item team xd

 

So wait, are you guys allowed to take mythic item suggestions into consideration at all? Or are they more of a community project to try and make a balanced item that will never be in gamegame cuz I really don't know

 

why does thunder and fire give walkspeed this doesnt make any sense

 

just put the story line like:
this will give everyone cancer, but at the same time speed from out of nowhere, dont touch the front or you will be poisoned with more cancer, and what is gamma? we are on medieval era
