World Offline Trading

rn i really struggle with things like: trade with someone on the otherside of the world.
(when he is awake I'm sleeping)

and i came up with this idea.
what if you make a trade chest.
you can type a command. something like /trust Casparof
and he will be the only one that can get into that chest
(don't see it like a second bank )
its like the trading menu but in a chest you can set pay req:like a item or a amount of le

for example you got a sweet cata or strati and want to trade that for a warp or like 25 stacks le
you put your cata in the chest than select the item/amount of le someone needs to pay (in this case 25 stacks le)
after that you just put in you cata and go to sleep.
than the guy on the other site of the world wakes up starts playing and sees that you put the cata in the chest
he only has to put the req amount of le/ the item in the chest and clicks on confirm. (remember if he won't put the amount in the chest he can't trade the item so if he puts 24 stacks le in it he can't confirm it.

idk if this is possible i think it is with some command also don't has to be a chest you can maby also use a command like /trade or /sell or something

let me know what you guys think don't hate pleas im noob at english i thought it was really cool

 

I'd prefer an Auction House, but anything that makes trading easier I'm up for

true but i think a auction house is a little harder to code

 

it seems like a good idea, but it doesn't allow for good mythic trades. is you have a strati worth 20 want want to trade for a warp worth 12 + 8 stacks le, they can pay the le and a crappy warp worth 5 for example since the game doesn't know the worth of items, that way you get scammed.
same with the auction house. it only works if you pay with raw, but not many people have enough raw to afford a good cata or good strati or good discoverer.

 

did not think about that. true tho ma opby you can set requirments for the items you wanna trade or link items or somthing but still maby it can work with legendary items

 

I think that is to much of coding for such a small thing, so i don't think they will implememt this
