Soul Point Regen Mythic Chestplate

Looking at the mythics we have now, they all seem to have some special gimmick.

From Pure to Stratiforms they each have something, but by way of armor we have boots and a Loot Bonus Chestplate. What I am proposing is that we make another chestplate that also is based around the less commonly used stat of Soul Point Regen (and Xp as it fits with the idea of a level up helper).

Prosperity
* Level 65
* Intelligence Min 50
+ 200% Soul Point Regen
+ 45% XP Bonus
- 25% Loot Bonus

This item is going to look really overpowered, but it's point is simply to give bonus that DON'T affect your more powerful stats (Skill Points, Damage, Defense, etc..). The item has a high XP Bonus as it would have no real point after a certain level (unlike Discoverer with it's loot bonus) and it is unlikely you would die frequently after a certain point in the game.

I could use help balancing, and not roasts/burns/scorning of this idea.

Great idea! Though it may be a little overpowered for it's level I love the concept!
As a useful ID, soul point regen should get more items specialized towards it!

 

I think the +100% xp may be a bit OP, but the idea doesn't seem too bad.

I'm not a super name finder, but are you sure "Prosperity" sounds good for something who has -loot? (again, I'm bad at names so yea)

 

Id ranges.... I got this
Do you know how to make ID ranges?
You have a base number.
You multiply the base by 0.3 (minimum) and 1.3 (maximum) to get your ID ranges.
Example:
Base ID: 10
Minimum: 10*0.3=3
Maximum: 10*1.3=13
Range: 3 to 13

For Negative ID's, you multiply the base by 0.7 (maximum) and 1.3 (minimum) to get ID ranges.
Keep the numbers positive when you do calculations, then add the negative sign after.
Example:
Base ID: 10
10*.7= 7
10*1.3= 13
Range: -13 to -7

You don't pick and choose your minimum and maximum, this is math.

 

I mean he doesnt necessarily have to show the ranges ;D Its only a concept idea anyways so you get roughly the picture of what it does from the base (personally i also prefer base because you just have a much better overview. However i guess that might be because we only talk in base ids).

 

It’s just a habit I’ve formed. Even if it’s a concept idea, people will want a proper id range on it. Because without the right id ranges people won’t take it seriously.

I think it should be a Discoverer mirror, with 200% maximum soul points, no negatives, higher level, and lower XP bonus. (So whatever the base loot bonus on Discoverer is, make it like that with this.)

 

dude this is super op for its level, even if it was level 100 it would have to be nerfed, I thought it was suppose to be a soulpoint chestplate not an insanely op leveling from 58 to 100 and loot bonus is really high too, and when you say "allot of xp bonus" so say it likes its 30% when its actually the most xp bonus on any item in the entire game

so first actually make it what you said it was going to be, a sp regen chestplate then make it level 95 because its way too op at level 58 then decrease the xp bonus to 30% because 100% xp bonus is never going to happen unless you do it the right way, and this is defiantly not the right way then I guess the loot bonus is fine

but seriously dude look at the other 2 mythics at level 60, this one is 10x better than them because it has the highest xp bonus in the game even when its suppose to be soul point regen, so please fix this monstrosity

and that level that it becomes useless is level 101, but they will get there so fast I guess you want aftera certain level super easy and unbalanced

sure but so does discoverer, and its level 93 and it only has 18% xp but if you made it then it would have 100% xp or something crazy like that and yes it is really overpowered

basicly you cant just go whilly nilly and make level 60 mythics op for level 100 mythics so just actually make it a soul point regen chestplate instead of let me get to level 100 in 2 days chestplate

 

No the question is why... because we got very few mythic slots to make and i am sure none of you would want us to waste an entire slot solely dedicated to sp regen for armour.

 

You get what, 1sp every 20 min? (I don't play Wynn), x3 you get it like every 6.5 mins or something right?

Actually pretty sure above 100% spr gives you a chance to get 3 soul points a day

 

I’ll nerf xp and other stats, I see what you mean about level but the point is to make leveling up easier so it needs a low level (I understand the idea with 101). I’ll make this not absolutely broken in a little bit.

I mean... they're kinda necessary to not lose your items.

And could be really helpful when doing wars, because often those take numerous attempts and they can be very soul point demanding. I also want to point out that someone could go afk while wearing this chestplate just to regen their soul points, although I don't think that would be too big of a deal.

I definitely like the idea, (+1) and I think this would be a good addition to the game because I'm assuming this will be a cheaper mythic on the market so that will give less rich people a better chance at getting a mythic

EDIT: Just noticed the level min, it needs to be 75 at least imo

 

thank you for taking advice sorry if I sounded harsh before but I just thought it was ridicouls that a level 60 item would have the highest xp bonus in game, this was problaby your first item so now you know what to do but if I were to make any item like this what I would do is make it a level 90 legendary and give it +200% soul point regen and -500% hp regen, walk speed, elemental defences and basically every other item stat so your forced to commit to getting your sp back
