this seems like really strong, considering the debuffs are pretty insevere.
I'd suggest have like -1500 to -2250 health and -100 to -210 health regen, considering each attack tier raises dps by like 80% or smth

 

I think ill just up the -HPR

true but remember if Immortal was added it would cost about 10 stax, so it would not be too op

 

first two helmets are really op, the ocean and fire ones are pretty bad for a mythics, that air helmet has allot of damage considering its an air helmet, I dont think air focuses on damage so you should change that, leggings are completely broken op

and all of these need to be mythic boots not other armor peices

I helped @JohnnyNubPotato make East Wind; the idea was most air helmets in the game are melee (dune storm, pride of the aerie, aries, etc) with the one exception being cumulonimbus, which is a rare. So, to be unique, I made it a spell glass-cannnony item. With that being said, I realized I did the negative ids wrong, but to make them correct, I have to reduce the base number altogether because then it would have too much negative health, so give me a sec
