Guilds My Idea For Guilds

I don't know if anyone has thought about this but what about guild mail?
I know that i wanna send a message to my guild members but none of them are online at the time and its annoying so I think if guild mail was added it would easier for the leader and chiefs of the guild to make sure that everything is running.
Guild letters would be a fun idea so you can leave a private message for a member.

Example:
You want to tell the leader something but he/she isn't on and you only want to tell the leader, you can leave a letter (message) containing what you want the leader to know, like you wont be able for a period of time and dont wanna risk getting kicked or you need help solving an issue with another member.

Guild mails and Guild letters may sound stupid but may just make guilds a little easier as some guilds don't have a discord channel or a skype group.

I don't if my idea will have a great effect on everyone but I think it will be a nice addition

 

Just open a Skype/discord/WhatsApp group with them

 

Like i said some ppl dont have those apps and/or dont want them

 

Why would you not want them? Skype was pretty useful. Discord is really useful and WhatsApp is just free texting.

 

i am not saying i dont have skype and discord ect. I mean other players in general, parent rules, anxiety and so on can affect the person with getting apps.

 

If the parents were that strict the child shouldn't be even let to play Minecraft in the first place, but that's really rare. Skype and Discord don't affect anxiety in any way, unless the person is super antisocial which brings me back to the first point.

 

How do apps that let you talk through text and voice cause anxiety? I can understand people not wanting to give their phone number for WhatsApp but why would parents care about discord or Skype?

 

Some people don’t want their kids talking to strangers.

 

Then those people need to realize that talking to strangers is really good for things like your social skills and your English. Parents need to understand that not every single person on the internet is a fucking pedofile.

You would be surprised how these apps affect anxiety, may sound stupid but they do affect anxiety. Like someone stated Parents dont want their kids talking to strangers on skype, discord ect.

My idea was for guilds and for people who don't access to these apps and for anyone in general. I just thought guild mail and guild letters would be a nice addition

 

Even if you didn't have those apps, you could just PM the leaders/chiefs on the forums. So I see no point.

 

But if they can't talk to them on skype and discord why are they allowed to talk to them in game?

 

I am not a parent but I do know that some parents think thier child is safer in a game with staff watching chat and stuff like that.

I just think guild mail and guild letters would be a nice thing added to guilds, i didn't think it would cause so much trouble

 

Unlike many of the players here, I think Guild mail would be an interesting idea to add. Despite you all being overwhelmingly against it, many people don't know how to use Discord very well *ahem... ME ahem*, so Guild Mail could solve a lot of this issue.

 

I don’t agree with parents blocking discord/Skype. I was just throwing it out there.

 

Not valid feedback since none of those are directly affiliated with Wynncraft.

This is for everyone here, this suggestion is directly for guild mail, OUTSIDE APPLICATIONS DO NOT HAVE ANYTHING TO DO WITH THE SUGGESTION.

But using those is superior to anything that can ever be in game

 

Some parents have their reasons. Its best to make the game compatible to ALL players so that that 1% doesn't have to sit in the corner, no matter what the reason is.

 

Ehhh I feel like this is actually a fine suggestion
Even if not many people would use it it seems useful for the cases where you can so sure
