DRAGON KINGDOM ARCUNTAR

Commonly known as the Kingdom of Arcuntar, this is the nation which the main events of the story takes place.

Information: The Kingdom of Arcuntar is a large country that is located at the eastern part of the continent. (The continent is basically the world, a land which edges are made into endless waterfalls that fall into oblivion. These are called the «Great Waterfall».) Starting with the Royal Capital with population of about 300,000 right in the center, there are five other large cities with population ranging from 200,000 to 300,000 forming a pentagram shape around it. There are many other small cities, towns, and villages.

A large part of the Kingdom's population are humans; however many demi-human species co-exist with them. Though it is not spoken out aloud, there is still a prejudice against demi-humans resulting from the 'Wicth' Everia being a half-elf and the Demi-Human War 40 years ago. The closer one's look is closer to a human's, the less they are discriminated against (but it really isn't that bad; many demi-humans live in the Capital and walk around in the streets freely), with the exception of elves, who are practically called behind their backs descendants of devils.

Government: The Kingdom has a covenant with the «Holy Dragon» Excalibus, allowing the nation to prosper in peace from threats of other countries. A Council of Wise Elders currently run the country, in the absence of a Royal Family, as they have all died out one year ago. In accordance to the prophecy, five women were to be chosen to become candidates for the next ruler.

Religion: The country generally worships the Dragon as it is a national deity and protects the nation from within the Great Waterfall.

Money: Currency named 'Holy Coins' are used. They are not very relevant in this RP. Gold coins have the Dragon on it; silver coins have the Sword Saint on it; and the bronze coin have the Sage on it.

Transportation: Dragon carriages are the form of travel almost everywhere in the Kingdom. They are pulled by earth-dragons (which are large lizards that work like horses). Dragon carriages are everywhere in major town streets and can be used for long-term travellings.

Diamelda: One of the six major cities in the Kingdom. A town built near a rich forest.
Emeralda: One of the six major cities in the Kingdom. A Water-Gate Town built in middle of a lake.
Rubinea: One of the six major cities in the Kingdom. A city built in a mountain area.
Sapphira: One of the six major cities in the Kingdom. The biggest merchant city in the Kingdom.
Amethysia: One of the six major cities in the Kingdom. A city said to be the home of all Earth Dragons.

Emilasta: Home of Seraphim

Kremaldi Desert: The land around where the Witch was sealed. The land was originally not a desert, but due to 400 years worth of miasma pouring out from the temple, all living things died in the 50 km radius, successfully turning it into a desert. Because of the miasma, there are more witchfiends, and they are much bigger and stronger.
Witch’s Altar: The temple in which the ‘Witch of Envy’ is sealed.

VORKIR EMPIRE

Information: Vorkir Empire is a country located at the south of Arcuntar Kingdom. Since it is not under the Dragon Excalibus's banner, it is constantly in a bad relation with the kingdom.
The Empire is blessed with fertile soil, mild weather, and temperature that stays the same in most time of the year. The country is rich in magic stone mines and craftsmen, making vast money from trading them with other countries. However, there is a very low number of spirit users, and so are Divine Blessing holders. However, Vorkir Empire is home to a special race of people nicknamed Ability-Holders. Their rarity is extremely high, such as in 1:100000.
These Abilities are similar to Authorities used by Sins of the Witch's Order. They give the user supernatural power, but they most certainly have setbacks or ruins a person's life. Thus, people see abilities not as gifts, but more as curses.
The army of the Vorkir Empire is extremely powerful, and a regular Kingdom Knight can't hope to match against an Empire warrior. Racism isn't much of an issue; stronger the individual is, the higher they are hailed in rank. Thus, it is common to see demi-humans, who have more physical abilities than humans, to be in a high rank in the army.

Currently Vorkir and Arcuntar have entered a non-aggression pact with each other. Trade between their borders had been going on for many hundred of years, even in times of agression.

Government: The current emperor is the 76th Emperor, Vincent Vorkir. An emperor is decided by a huge tournament between all the heirs of the previous emperor. The winner of the tournament is hailed as the next emperor. This way of electing an emperor is supported by the society, who respect those in power. However to do this it is required for an emperor to make as many children throughout the country.

Religion: The country worships 'power'. There is no deity or a protective figure like Excalibus in Vorkir.

Money: Irrelevant.

Transportation: Same as in the Kingdom. Dragon carriages are most common.

Gilde: A fortress town successful in trade. Was destroyed by the Witch Cult.

And why was Lust actually covered in bandages? Does it has something to do with pain and her Authority?

 

Lust's bandages are pretty important plot points. Would be a major spoiler actually.
