Website & Forums Push Notifications

I would like to get push notifications instead of just the bell at the top and email. I don't mean mobile notifications I mean the notifications you get from Chrome and some other browsers.

 

There is a free XenForo addon that does this which would be better than the current one they use (which requires a refresh) or a paid one which also works for mobile applications to push them which I would welcome also!
